A very cheesey gangster game. Feels like GTA but not quite. Still a solid game that is a steal at a lowwer price.

First off, for an early 360 title the graphics are nice. The customization on your character is great. Customizing cars could have been a little better but still a nice feature.

I wish there was a better color than purple, or possibly a choice of colors?
The very begining of the game will show you the stereotypical gang resemblence, and right off the bat youll think it is chessey. Your player, much like in GTA III does not speak he is merely a grunt or foot soldier of the Saints. This makes the game a little more boring since your player has no character to pull you in. The fact that you just join the gang, after being at the wrong place at the wrong time is dull.

There are many missions and some side missions that are fun, especially insurance fraud, where you deliberately jump in fromnt of cars. Theres one problem, you have a respect meter that needs to be filled in order to advance in the storyline. This makes me mad because i dont want to have to do side missions to earn respect just to move up in the story. Especially after i just killed a huge amount of rival gang members in the previous mission. The fact that you just completed the last mission should earn you respect, not just anyone can taker out a gangs drug factory, but when you do it it seems as if its a minor task.

The story isnt compelling and i got bored about halfway through, not because of the story but because earning respect takes forever and it gets repetitive.

All in all a solid game that deserves a play.
