It is all about knowing who you are fighting and when to make your move. Once you get that, it feels great every time!

This game is about knowing who you're fighting and precisely when to attack or defend.I liked playing this game. I am a fan of the anime and I think this game is very faithful to the series. So here are the good things and the only inconvenient thing. It is really interesting to get to revive your character by doing some buttons mashing in the right way. You never control a character that can jump - jumping for me is a very nice thing in fighting games and this one does not offer it. That is not necessarily a bad thing, and you still get to dash backwards, forwards, and sideways. Building up power to pull off a great attack is very nice, and it can still be counterattacked if it is against you and you know the right moment to do so. It is very rewarding.

The good: Flawless graphics, and it is on PS 2 still. Feels different from most 3D fighting games I have played, such as Tekken, Naruto: Rise of a Ninja, Naruto: Ninja Storm. No long download times. Big selection of characters to choose from when playing with a friend or against computer in plain match mode. Great replay value. Grows on you.

The inconvenient: Not available in the US. Too many cutscenes in story mode, feels like what you do is watch some of the anime more than play. Too short on story mode, you can finish in less than 30 minutes, not too many enemies to fight.

Hope this is not too bad a review, and hope it helps a little. Thanks :)
