Tatsuo mission?

okay, i am going to explain this to the best of my abilites.... During tatsuos story second chapter i think
the pink dot that indicates a mission objective, and it is on all the taxis in the map after going to said taxi i am given the choice to go to other taxis or the docks, so for obvious reasons i go to the docks however all there is there is a fishing minigame and more boundaries so i am completely lost. if someone could tell me my objective that would be perfect i am pretty sure im supposed to fish but i have done this 3 times and got a 40 cm bass, an umbrella, and a 90 cm barrel....help please

There is a guy following me and sometimes when I am walking down the street ill enter a QTE where something random will happen like one time a car almost hit me another time a pane of glass fell almost fell on tatsuo along with a flower pot maybe i'm supposed to get hit idk but ill try the hide out thing and see if that works but glad I don't have to fish... :)

Just checked and you were right you have to go to the one place from the taxi that's not a different taxi or the docks it has a little building icon instead. Thx so much
