While it does have it's share of problems such as graphical issues and occasional slowdown, its still one of the best racing games on the N64. One thing I often found myself doing though is turning it on just to listen to the music, as it has a great atmosphere to the racing. Since it is a midway game, it has many unlockables and hidden things to collect, making it very replay-able. While the stunt mode is different than it is in the most recent title, you don't have wings which makes it even more interesting. All together, it's one of the better racing games on the N64 and worth taking a look at.
