Hello, my name is Hermickson Monteiro, I first discovered rune scape when I was younger at a library... I saw a kid next to me playing and thought it'd try it out. being my first MMO game I got addicted.. After playing the game for years I took a break as it got really boring, with time I tried to go back to my account that I spent countless time out of my life playing and it said my account had been banned. Now keep in mind never have I ever cheated in that game broke any rules or done anything, my current computer is a touchscreen windows 10 laptop... Confused I tried contacting them... only to find out that out of all games I have ever played in my life Jagex is the hardest company to contact... that alone shows how much they care about their players... they have a daily ban team which they admit on one of their forums sometimes permanently bans innocent accounts, but do not have a support team you can call or communicate with live..... I reached out to them for so long now and never got a single reply. How can you put so much effort in a game and then they ban you when you weren't even playing... Imagine you get into the game spend hundreds of dollars and lose your account forever because a false ban happened... at the point in time the game was great but has long fallen since... The support is the worst in the game community and due to this reason I recommend any serious gamer to get as far from this game as possible, and try other mmos, and if you're looking for a family game w101 can prove to be very supportive, competitive and fun... don't fall victim to Jagex...
