I have played this game for 100's of hours. I love the graphics and the game play. However, in the end you can plan on being kicked out of the game once or twice when the area you are in has a lot going on in it. Siege is still in beta after a couple of years and word is they won't be fixing it. Siege would be great if they would fix it instead of using the excuse that its in beta, and as such there is always something wrong which causes many to "rage quit". Customer service is a joke. You would think in a virtual game that they could give you virtual stuff to make up for the frustration - they can't and won't because they don't have permission to do that. Finally, you can have your account cancelled or suspended for no apparent reason and when you try to talk to customer service about it, they ignore you. Personally, I have moved on to LOTRO and DDO - both of which have great graphics and game play and are also great as to customer service.
