If this game were as fleshed out as it's characters, we'd have a hit.

Not the deepest game out there, but it's fairly enjoyable and it's got quite a lot of replay value in going back to unlock various outfits and whatnot for the ladies.
It's barebones wrestling here. Knock em down and pin or submit them.
Theres no rules. You can stay out the ring as long as you please.
You can use weapons without getting DQ'ed.
Needs more variation in gameplay mode.
As amused as I am by mud wrestling, and I am amused, it needs basics like Tag Team matches and whatnot.

The characters are.. impressive looking.
The voice acting, though perhaps not the best out there, is appropiately cheesey and fits in well given the games subject matter.
J-rock/pop isn't my thing, so I might be biased in saying the music sucks, but again - given the subject matter it fits appropiately so I won't lower my score because of it.

In short, it's nowhere near as bad as Gamespot or most people here reviewing it are claiming, it's easy enough to pick up and enjoy - but it's no Smackdown vs Raw.

In my oppinion, it's worth buying if you can pick it up cheap enough.
Otherwise its worth atleast a rental. But it's a game I'm not ashamed to have in my collection.
