A great game when I was younger...
The game Rugrats Search For Reptar is for anyone who enjoyed
the show like me, although it does have some issues hampering
it from being a great adaptation of the show. Firstly you will
recognize all the characters from the show in the game.
All of the characters
are voice acted by the same people in the show which is a plus.
Also there are about 12 missions you can do all varying in
difficulty. They aren't very long and the whole game could be beat
under and hour, but if you are buying it for your kids it will
probably take them 4 hours to beat. The missions all kinda vary
in gameplay, so one second you could be trying to pick up all the
balloons in mirror land and the next you could be mini golfing.
However there are a couple major issues with the game. To start
off the camera and controls a lot of time don't work together, and
sometimes the controls are slow to respond.
Another is when your character runs into a wall he always stops
for a second in a half and it can get annoying. Lastly there is little
replay value and the game is extremely short like I said. However
it is still a good game and it brings back memories of a great tv
show.
