Satisfying enough for NRL fans

User Rating: 9.2 | NRL Rugby League PS2
NRL Fans have been waiting a long time for a game that can satisfy one's thurst for the popular sport, and fans will not be disappointed by this.

It's got all the teams and all the players. Andrew Johns, Darren Lockyer, Danny Buderus. If you're an Australian fan, you'll love this. It's not just a game for Australian fans though, it has got the Super League teams and players too as well as international, Origin and City vs Country sides of that year to satisfy one's NRL appetite.

It has bonus videos which can be unlocked by playing endless hours of the game. Although it may be worth it in the long run, as the gamer is rewarded with a scrumptious cheerleader video which, in some ways, is guilty pleasure for the heterosexual male audience in attendance.

The game has been criticised for its ease of gameplay. However a much harder, and frustrating difficulty is available when the hardest mode becomes too easy to handle.

Another problem with the game is that it looks cheap and is very glitchy. True there are a few excrusiating glitches which make you cringe in disgust and mild frustration, however these do not happen very often as with other games and this is acceptable.

The scarcity of Rugby League titles available for the market makes this palatable for NRL Fans around the world, and should satisfy one's urge of "footy" through the season and the offseason.
