Steep Learning curve may turn off some people, but overall fun.

User Rating: 7.5 | Rugby League Live X360
Let me first start of by saying this game isn't like the previous instalments where you can pick up the controller and start scoring tries straight away. This may turn some off the game.

Gameplay: 8 (9 online)

The gameplay plays very much like a grinding type of game, you wont find yourself pulling off miracle passes, scoring every play and kicking 40/20's with the front rowers. You have to be more strategical in the way you play, try not to force passes and try to gain territory through smart kicking. Online or playing local with friends is where this game really shines. I and do I also forget to mention that Shoulder charges are sick!

Sound: 6

Andrew Voss is back with the same old commentary, which can be very lame at times, the audio quality for the commentary seems to sound kind of grainy which is weird. The on-field sounds with players tackling doesn't sound cartoonish like the previous RL series by Sidhe, the players grunt and sound realistic, and crowds either cheering or booing sound great. The menu music is alot more tolerable then the previous RL titles.

Graphics 6

Let me start off by saying the graphics for Rugby League Live aren't great, but many of the players have great likeliness, and are easily identifiable by their face Stadiums have been given alot of detail, I even noticed they have the eagle nest cafe when playing at Brookvale Oval. The ingame menus are also look nice and are easy to navigate.

Replayability: 7

The replayability has definitely been tarnished by the lack of Franchise mode and customizable rosters but is more then made up for in Online play and Achievements, hopefully there is a patch or DLC in the future to help the longetivity of the game.

Overall: 7.5

The game definitely takes a while to grow on you, but once it does you will be having a blast, especially online and with friends. The reason why I have only given it a 7.5 is because the lack of Franchise Mode and Customizable rosters. This game isn't for everyone due to it's steep learning curve, but I hope I have somewhat shaped your opinion on the game if you are thinking of purchasing it.
