This rugby game is undoubtedly the rugby best game out there for a lot of reasons. The passing is a lot better that Rugby 08 as instead of spin passing all the time you can do short passes. Lineouts have improved a great deal for a rugby game, you choose where you want to throw it, move the player you want to throw it to and throw it. The lineout is not over yet though, you have to press a particular button, A = jump, B&Y = jump + something (cannot remember). The scrums are much more realistic. The ball is fed for you but then you have to drive it by yourself against the oppositions drive. Get it perfect when you're playing a harder difficulty. General kicking has also improved from earlier rugby games. Instead of the game stopping dead whilst you choose where you want to kick it, the game slows down. This leads to the goal kicking and kick-offs. Kick-offs are very easy to control, you choose where you want to kick it and press A to kick, just keep an eye on the wind. Goal kicking is pretty much the same except you timing has to be amazingly good if you are playing on a harder difficulty.
