I play rugby in college, and I believe that this is definitely the best rugby game that has come out to date. The defining part of rugby in my opinion is relatively non-stop action, and quick flow of the game. This game captures that aspect of rugby far better than its predecessor. While there are things that certainly could be improved upon, such as the ruck's, scrum's, and lineout's, if you are a rugby player, or someone familiar with the sport, you should be very satisfied with this rendition of the sport. And if you aren't familiar with rugby this is an excellent introduction that will help you sort out some of the more confusing finer points of the game through trial and error, while having a blast making some big hits and diving across the try line for a score.
