Sad news

Hello everyone. My life has taken a tragic and drastic turn. my mother passed away on the 16th and her funeral was on the 23rd. What had happened to her was she went to a local gas station to get some cold cuts for me and her and she collapsed in the store. Mom had a blood clot in her leg and lung. She died when the ambulance got her to the ER. She had gotten out of the hospital not too long before her death. The hospital she was in is called St Francis. My family and I are in the process of sueing another hospital called Methodist since they're the reason she had the blood clots in the first place. Plus they were being very mean to her. St. Francis tried to reverse the damage Methodist did to her but they couldn't do much. I miss my mother so much. She meant the world to me. She was the only person I could truly trust and confide in. Who can I turn to now that she's gone? It seems like everything I do and see reminds me of her. I live with my grandma now btw. She's not really taking it well. After all, Mom was her youngest child. Now she only has one left since her oldest child died in a motorcycle accident 5 years ago. I don't know what I'm gonna do.

A New Path

Hello everyone As you all know, I shipped to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri on January 15h. But I didn't make it past reception. I was given a blood test and the results stated that I was anemic. My blood levels were too low to be in the military so I had to be medically discharged. Man my experience there was CRAZY! I'm never going back there again! But I made lots of new friends though. I came home on February 26th which was Tuesday. What I'm gonna do now? I'm gonna get a part-time job since I'm not going back to college until the fall. Wish me luck guys! Btw, my birthday's tomorrow!

Things are looking up

Hi everyone! did ya'll miss me? Things are finally looking up! President Obama won the election which I'm super happy about! It's time we blacks stepped up and tapped into the potential we have! We need to show the racist whitea (I'm NOT saying that all white people are racist cause I know that's not true ) that we can do anything! As for me, my mom and I have moved into a nice, awesome apartment! I finally have my own room for the first time in...... 3 years I think. Also Mom has got me an iPhone 4 so bye bye BlackBerry Curve! I'm very nervous about Basic Training and AIT I ship on January 14, 2013 and I'm going to Fort Leonard Wood. Mom said she'll be praying for me I sure could use some damn prayer! Also my mom will be getting a car soon as well I think it's a red 300 Chysler. I also have a DeviantArt and Wattpad now! My username on both sites is SacredWarrior! I missed ya'll!

MAJOR update!

Hey everyone! Sorry I was gone for soooooooo long! To give ya'll a major update, I've graduated from high school and become a member of the Tenessee National Guard! I leave for Basic Training and AIT in January 2013! I'm now a student at the University Of Tenessee at Martin or UT Martin as some people like to call it. I moved into my dorm today and classes start on Monday! Wish me luck and God bless!

My awesome weekend!

I had a great weekend! To begin with, my mommy's graduation was Friday! She got her bachelor's degree in Psychology Counseling! Now all she has to do is get her Master's, PhD, and license and she'll be all set!! She attends Victory University btw. Also the following day, I went to China Inn with Mom and Grandma! Mad as hell

Why am I mad ya'll ask? To begin with, EOC (End Of Course) testing has started! I gotta take the U.S. History EOC next week! Also getting into the National Guard isn't going well for me. I took the TAPAS test twice and failed both times. As a result, I had to take the ASVAB again. I had to make a 50 or above to get in. Instead I made the same score I had last time: a 46. Now I have to wait 30 days before I can take it again! Ugh why is this s*** so damn difficult?!!! Sometimes I wonder why I keep trying.

Hey ya'll. Man I'm bored. They held us in homeroom due to the fact that students who take English I and II (which is basically 50% of the school) had to take a mock test. Also we're allowed to wear our Freshman Academy, BBT Academy (which is where I am), or CAM Academy t-shirts with jeans! What a wonderful world huh?

ROTC Ball! Also awesome things happening!

The ROTC ball was amazing! We had a formal dinner! Our battalion commander Brittany Abram was the President Of The Mess and our very own RaSheeb Edmonds was Mr. Vice! Man it was EPIC! Frayser, Douglass, and Northside High were there too! The tea they gave us was NASTY! It had no sugar in it Selena, Dominique, and I made Aaron get us some sugar! Then lots of people from Trezevant (my high school) got sent to the grog bowl for breaking the rules of the mess. Ewwwwwwwww!! Thank God I wasn't one of them! Then we started dancing! Dominique's boyfriend Donell dragged me onto the dance floor! Man I was mortified! I, along with my peeps, had to leave cause it was beginning to smell MUSTY in there! DAMN! Those kids need to control their damn hygiene! Overall, I had a bada** time! My mom dragged me to church yesterday. I wound up falling asleep. Today is going good so far. Our school library finally has ALL of the House Of Night books! Since we can only check out 2 at a time, I checked out Hunted and Tempted! Also congrats to Taylor Swift for winning the Big Help award at the KCA 2012! Good to know someone actually cares about the South!

Hello everyone! Yesterday was BORING! My mom dragged me to church! Man it was BORING as hell! I almost fell asleep! I have decided that I'm NOT a Christian! I still believe in God but I'm not a Christian. The reason why I say that is because I'm not calm, rational, nor peaceful. I sure as hell am NOT forgiving! I'm too crazy to be called a Christian. Also I'm too liberal and feministic. I'm also NOT hypocritical.Mom doesn't really like it much but I don't give a f*** what she thinks. She doesn't have a Heaven or Hell to put me in. Well there's my religious thoughts.

Big things coming up!

To begin with, our annual ROTC inspection is tommorrow! Basically we have NO class and after the inspection, it's time to PARTY!!! Also the ROTC ball is next Friday which I am definitely going to! And I'll be applying for a National Guard scholarship! All I gotta do is bring in my Social Security card, my birth certificate, and a certified copy of my transcript! Then I gotta fill out paperwork! After that, I gotta do a physical. Please Lord let me get this scholarship! I desperately NEED it!

My wonderful weekend!

My weekend was AMAZING! My grandma and mom took me to Cici's Pizza where I ate my heart out! Then we went to GameStop where I bought a memory card, Soul Calibur 3, and Mortal Kombat Armageddon! I also found out my Power-Up Rewards card was expired. My mom also gave me her Blackberry Curve since she bought a new one! I also got my hair permed! I use PCJ btw. I guess things are looking up huh? Also I got my transcript which has my ranking on it. Our rankings are determined by the grades we made during our 9th,10th,11th, and the first semester of our 12th grade years. My ranking is 29 out of 127. Not bad huh?

Hello everyone! The Drill Meet Saturday was pretty cool! I didn't march with Armed due to my height but I marched with Unarmed! Someone from another school passed out during the Unarmed Exhibition! I think the person probably locked their knees while marching. Then we all played knockout! My school and a few other schools got disqualified instantly! We couldn't hear the commands! At the awards ceremony, we only won one trophy! Our Color Guard won 4th place! Also I got accepted into UT Martin! And my birthday is Friday!

Reasons for my absence

I guess I do kinda owe ya'll an explanation for why I was absent for so long. So here goes!

I was busy working on my capstone which I failed due to my procrastination and laziness. God I hate myself!

I have decided that I'm not gonna label myself when it comes to religion. I still believe in God but I'm not all that religious anyway so I'm unclassified!

I've been working on some projects in my U.S. History class.

I gots a new MP3 player! Unfortunately it's one of those primitive ones that ya gotta insert batteries in. Oh well 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing right?

Drill Team practice is nonstop! The reason why is because we have our Drill Meet next Saturday (Feb 25th) and we're working our a**es off!
