In fact, in our school, there is an entire fan club of people who play WoW (World of Warcraft) on a mac. They say that it is way better, but I feel like they've probably had terrible experiences with PCs. PCs are definitely the way to go, especially after PC Gamer stated that Vista is finally ready for gamers.

Peace Out and eat the PC's dust all you Mac-ers!

Actually I've had it for about acouple of weeks (since the 4th of July). I ordered the parts from Newegg and recieved them in the next 3 days. That's never happened before. It is so sweet. I'm finally able to play Supreme Commander and Oblivion on full everything, just about. AND, my case has a handle on it. I bought the Thermaltake LANBOX vf1000bws case to house my parts and It has served me well. It is kind of tight to work in though.

If you want to see the total specs, just give me a message. Keep it real.

Mon, 14 May 2007 19:29:22 -0700 PC Power http://www.gamespot.com/users/Littleman29/show_blog_entry.php?topic_id=m-100-24996921 Last Friday, on a bus ride, I talked to some of my student friends from our school about computer gaming. I told them about how great a PC is and how, in my opinion, how much better it is compared to a console. Don't get me wrong; consoles are fun and (I have to admit) online gaming is much easier thanks to Xbox live, but if you want the rolls royce of gaming systems, the PC rules. They replied with saying that I was a geek and that no one likes playing PC games.

WHO ARE THEY KIDDING!? Obviously, NO ONE. I mean, I was not offended by their unfriendly remarks, but no one should be able to disrespect the power of a PC.

They also replied saying that an Xbox 360 has much better graphics compared to a PC. I have two words for that: yeah right. I'd love to show them F.E.A.R. in 1800X1200 with AA and all graphic options set to the max!

Sun, 13 May 2007 14:57:26 -0700 New PC http://www.gamespot.com/users/Littleman29/show_blog_entry.php?topic_id=m-100-24995550 Wow. After a long seven years of my life, I was finally given the funds to start my computer building project. A little while ago, I just finished putting the pieces together. When I first heard about building computers, I was thinking that it would be pretty tricky to put together. I learned that it wasn't very hard to do at all! In fact, I finished it in less than8 hours (including windows XP installation). For all of you people who know what I'm talking about, here are the specs:

Proc: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe (2.4 Ghz)

Mobo: Asus P5B deluxe

Case: Cooler Master Mystique 632S

DVD Drive: Samsung Writemaster

RAM: OCZ Reaper 2GB (2x 1GB DDR2 1066 PC2 8500)

Power Supply: Thermaltake Purepower 600W

Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar 3200SE 320GB

Wondering what the video card is? Well, its an Nvidia Geforce 5200 Plus, an "oldie" that I salvaged from my old PC. Im hoping to get an 8800 GTS soon. Well, because of the Videocard, I'm not able to play my free copy of Supreme Commander I recieved with my motherboard, nor that oblivion game so I am... well... a little disappointed. However, I am having fun with Battlefield 2 and Company of Heroes, games I weren't able to play with my ol' Pentium III 500 mgz proc.
