I have the $5 deposit down and it entitles me to the a free Wii Wheel with my purchase. Definitely writing a review for this one. i'll probably be playing all night long with my brother and laughing it up as i smash one kart into another with the handling of the wheel.

As soon as i figure the online aspect of the game i'll post the FC and begin my quest to be the best kart rider

Sat, 19 Apr 2008 18:30:25 -0700 Power Outage= Forced Out In The Sun! http://www.gamespot.com/users/EnozmeH/show_blog_entry.php?topic_id=m-100-25388546 Due to the inconvenient power outage in the area of Queens, i was forced away from the pc and onto the mean streets of reality! I played handball of course, worked on paper work for the office and had a small opporunity to bond with the brother and family in all.

I contacted my internet service provider this morning and in a mater of seconds he resolved the issue and i was once safe and secure. My connection speed has improved, surprisingly i see this as a consilation for my days of suffering and abondenment

I notice that being out and about makes me feel healthy and vigorous. I'm not saying that i constantly stay at home confined to my laptop but it's nice to noe that if i didnt have the internet at arms reach that i could always keep myself busy wth important things!

Sat, 12 Apr 2008 19:14:30 -0700 Twists & Turns/Late Night Brawlin' http://www.gamespot.com/users/EnozmeH/show_blog_entry.php?topic_id=m-100-25381553 In an unexpected turn of events I was given the opportunity to make some extra money yesterday. As a window cleaner I am frequently presented with side jobs here and there. As I finished the second to last window on the 11th floor of an office building located on 5th avenue, I witnessed an explosion of sorts. the previous street was crowded with cars and as the light turned green, all of them raced down the street. This is the average scene at downtown Manhattan daily, but on this day as the vehicles cruised down the street, one car veered off of the road, rolled onto the sidewalk and smashed into a Subway's restaurant located on the corner. No matter how high up i was on the building the sound of the crash echoed into my ears as if i had been a few feet away from the accident. By the time i found my way down the elevator and onto the scene... 5 fire trucks, 3 ambulances, 2 police cars, and what seemed to be dozens of officers filled the streets. As i maneuvered my way through the crowds i found the doorman on the corner and he explained that the driver of the vehicle had suffered a heart attack and lost complete control of his car. I believe he was put into one of the ambulances but i didn't actually see him. There was a woman in the car which had been removed from the store and parked in front. She was being treated by paramedics. Of course this incident would make anyone start questioning life and wondering how easy it can be for it to be all over. Leaving all depressing thoughts aside, i choose to instead think about how funny it is a way that people dread death daily but run towards an accident for a glimpse of it first hand.

Now that all of the horrible stuff is out of the way i can move onto exciting good news like the nite i had yesterday! As i got home last nite i noticed climbing the steps that my usually quiet unoccupied room was now full with the noise of laughter and taunting that could only derive from my brother and his friends experience with SSBB! I scurried to my bed, grabbed my classic controller and joined the battle. For the next 7 hours my world consisted of Domino's pizzas, liters of Sprite, and Brawlin' with a vast number of competitors. I had noticed that the time was flying by when my brother told me that his friends were sleeping over. Brawl is the greatest game to play among friends. Even though I didn't have a high win percentage it was still one of the greatest gaming nights of all time!

Photobucket

So many of you out there might believe that most gamers are just that... gamers! So many of us know in fact that the world does not revolve around video games, although that would be an amazing thought. I am lucky to say that I play a sport that many outside of NYC have never played or even heard of. I am a devoted Handball player, I love everything about it. When games died down for the Gamecube i literally left my house at 8 am everyday over the summer as my GC lay unplayed for months. My brother and I are very skilled players. We have been playing for at least 5 years now and proud of it.

Why do I choose to write about this, for one, many people have no clue on what Handball is or why they haven't seen it on ESPN The reason is because it never took off as every other sport has. I am here to inform people that just like basketball, soccer, football, and baseball, handball is a sport, very fun to learn and with the warm weather approaching, an idea out there for those who want to take on a sport that doesn't already have a Michael Jordan at their local park who will destroy them as soon as thet step onto the court.

Also... this leads to my next reason as to why I am discussing the game. There are so many sport games out there. So many on the Wii, Decas sports, Wii sports, Sega Tennis... maybe it's time to introduce a handball game?!?! ponder it for a while, i know i have I will soon, if i have time, discuss and or design a format for the game, and hopefully it will catch on. I am very serious about this even though the game itself is quite entertaining and fun! Be ready to read more on this is weeks to come Thanks again in advance to all the readers

[ Watch Video ]

So I FINALLY did it! Finally uploaded a video on GS... took forever and I was going to give up when it kept denying my upload. But after realizing that i was over the limit by a few MB , the viewing public can now enjoy a small taste of me and my brother brawlin' it out It's my first vid upload so don't smash me with hate comments... thanks for viewing in advance

Side Note: Took a day off of work, raining in NYC. I'm watching Batman & Robin on the tube and I just now realize that this movie is ridiculous... it wasn't even that good. I guess it was the youth that put me on the edge of my seat when I first viewed it all those years ago. I'll keep watching it hough since it has been a couple of years

It has made me very happy to see that Nintendo is maintaining their servers and looking out for those who count on achieving lag-free online play

I played tonight for about 4 hours straight and had NO lag! None... maybe it's the people who i played with, but it was as if i were playing with 3 people rite next to me... Awesome!

I will keep updating the state of online play for Brawl in order for people who visit my profile know how NYC is fairing connection wise on the WFC

Side Note: I rented Dan In Real Life, funny movie... not Carell's best work, but worth the rent i guess Also.. not what i expected from him in a movie... i figure he's trying to change his movie persona a lil' before he becomes another Will Ferrell (Stranger Than Fiction= Disaster!)... That is all! Watch It!

Fri, 28 Mar 2008 10:19:51 -0700 Life... Updated! http://www.gamespot.com/users/EnozmeH/show_blog_entry.php?topic_id=m-100-25364713 There is a good chance this blog will go unread to the fact that I haven't been on GS for almost a year... Either way i'd like to formally introduce myself again to the new gen of GS bloggers!

My name of course... Enozmeh= not actually real name but lil' info on it... it is my tag name backwards... yup that's all... u'll see it on NYC walls if u search hard enough

I will be in a relationship for exactly one year on April 15... the girl makes me happy in so many ways but she's not a gamer so... we won't mention her nemore

I live in New York, for my whole life! I travel around here and there because i can afford it and it would be a shame to die one day wondering what the air smells like on another country!

I finished school! Done... I work in the city, have my own commercial cleaning company and am on my way of expanding throughout the 5 boroughs.

It is my goal to keep blogging and generally post my opinions here on GS for as long as i can... i left cuz the sun was shining and i honestly took a break from gaming. I guess it took Nintendo a whole 'nother console to get me back and with the features and connections of the Wii... i am proud to be a gamer once again and i feel that this time i can truly continue to be active for years to come

Thanks for reading if u do and i'll see u round the forums

Thu, 27 Mar 2008 16:27:10 -0700 $5 Deposits... http://www.gamespot.com/users/EnozmeH/show_blog_entry.php?topic_id=m-100-25363950 So I walked into Game Stop the other day to stock up on accessories because I had just purchased my Wii a few days previously, when all of a sudden as I am swiping my debit card the employee stops me and asks me if I had already put down my deposit for Mario Kart on the Wii! To my surprise I found myself easily drawn to this offer... I had just purchased SSBB but I knew that I needed to expand my collection and Wii sports wasn't cutting it

I made the deposit and he told me about the free steering wheel and I was sold! To think that I could rest easily with smashing attacks and my next purchase would be a great one! I am killing it in Brawl... playing my heart out and expanding my knowledge of the game while bonding with the younger brother

It feels good not to sit at home and wonder when the next great game will come out, or waste away at the current games I have exhausted just so the days will come faster till the new game is in my grasp. The Wii, an amazing purchase, Brawl = Outstanding! And to think, all I had to do to experience this amazing feeling of gaming balance and assurance is give $5

i will find a way to manage my business and be a part of the NPU but it;s a little difficult... i have to work make it home to eat and then head out to work again... i get almost no chance to stop and check out the PC at home so for now i only visit GS when i catch a breather... my business is going well and that's all that matter for now...

i'll be full-time in a few days and then i can get back to the normal life... not worrying about missed appointments and watching and reading what fellow gamers have to say... till then... catch u guys whenever life gives me a break

In my house, for the past 5 years, Christmas means money.  There are smaler cousins, other relatives that deserve my parents time... so i completely understand that me and my brother receive money.

For us it's perfect, i mean i have to wait till Tuesday for stores to open up but it's cool.  I get to spend my day with my brother and just have fun wasting my holiday money.  Does this mean that i might finally get the Wii?... maybe.. i mean hopefully because it's upto my brother really... complicated but true...

So... till tomorrow i wait... gathering up ideas in my head for the few but important things i want to buy with the money that was so happily given to me.

I'll update for all to know what i've chosen and might be playing by tomorrow... wish me luck...

He is the greatest competitior i have ever met.

There is nothing he can't do if i do it first.

He follows in my footsteps and makes harder impressions.

I have taught him how to game, play handball, draw, treat people, girls, advice on life and he has helped me live life by just being there when i need a friend.

In a way he is my hero, the kid that i used to look down to, but rose to greatness, not necessarily in school or in talent, but in life... he has been by my side when friends, and girlfriends have failed...

My brother is my SSBM competitor, NFS enemy, Freedom Fighter King, Super Mario partner... All around gaming homie..

My brother is cool, he can piss me off in a second and have me laughing the next for hours...

This is public knowledge for those who have a sibling that they might not appreciate... go hang with him/her... i try to..

My Homie, buddy, competitior, sidekick, enemy, confidant, My Brother...

I've been hanging out like crazy, driving around, and spending time with the family.

There are some many things to do in NYC, i fall asleep later and try and wake up as early as possible the next day. It makes me wonder from time to time how people can just stay home and sleep all day. As I write this I think to myself why i'm home at the moment when i can be doing something outside.  It is 10 am and all of my friends are either taking finals in class or working.  My brother is at school, and even though he is 5 years younger than me he is fun to hang out with.

Damn, at the end of the day i still feel that i could've done more, i need to have some kind of crazy, huge day that will leave me too tired to think if i even appreciated it.  This is not to say that the NPU or GS in general is a waste of my time, but i have posted blogs in the past that adcise people to go out and do something with their lives... if u choose to stay home after reading this then u are haooy where u are, i need to go outside now and find something to punch, slap, climb up or down and generally just send time with.  I have a life, i just need to find some direction in which it can flow...

It's been almost 2 weeks and the weather in NYC is above 50 degrees daily.  If this keeps up, i think that it will be the warmest Xmas ever!

Other than the fear of global warming, this is excellent news.  I am done with my courses, it's warm enough to walk outside and play with my friends and then at the end of the day or whenever i get a break, GS & NPU are here... ready and willing to accept my views and ideas.

\Blogs can be about anything... but if u read this and feel that life is good then i've some sort of impact... it's crazy... i'm loving life right now... thanks o the weather in part...

have some fun in the cold... might sound stupid when u can sit inside with ur new Wii, but live life a little... u'll be surprised how much it'll mean to u in the future when u reflect on ur past...

yeah it's ridiculous for me to be talking about this when i am currently reviewing games and playing all the latest games but this vacation will allow me to view my life a little different... i hope to come back a person that can appreciate what i have here a little better!
