I was really hyped about this one. I wasn't let down by it, but it wasn't sooooo good either. Here's why.

Gameplay: Some things were improved over the past few The Sims games. For example, now, you can wake up when you want, go to work when you want, socialize when you want. Not at time X, Y and Z respectively, in a routine. You can live anywhere, really, not just in your apartment. Hell, you can spend the game without going to said apartment. The social options are really unique, and being friends with certain people unlocks a social interaction. There are plenty to unlock, and you'll spend a good amount of time trying to be friends with anyone and everyone. Watch out for those loading times, though.

Graphics: In this game, the visuals are never dull. You look to one side, colour. Another side, even more colour. Everything's all colorful and shiny, and you'll have a hard time looking away. That applies to the characters, too. Though, too bad the game slows down quite often, probably due to this.

Sound: This is where the game truly shines. Everything you hear is appropriate to where you are. There are different songs for every taste, each according to which urb you're at. It gives the urb the perfect 'feel'. For example, in Neon East, techno songs fit, just look at their outfits and the design of the place! And, of course, we can't forget the Black Eyed Peas soundtrack included...

Replay Value: This doesn't really have a 'replay value', since you can unlock everything in one go... but that 'go' has to be dozens of hours long. It'll keep you hooked.

This is a very good Sims game, that everyone should try out.

Final Score: 7.8 (Approximately 8.0)

Bust-A-Move DS was the first game I got for my NDS. My favorite, by a variety of reasons... and I doubt I'll ever forget it.

Gameplay: This game makes good use of DS' touch screen support. It fits the game perfectly, in my opinion. The multiplayer support is equally good, and it's really fun to take on another person. Specially if you love challenges, because the game is quite easy to pick up and learn where you should shoot the bubble. However, the AI, unfortunately, isn't nearly as competitive...

Graphics: The... umm... art, from Super Bust-A-Move, isn't here anymore. Yeah, let's sigh in relief. It's a good thing for me, and some others. Although I know some people didn't like it... I guess it's relative.

Sound: The tunes are enjoyable, not annoying, but not anything special either. Overly cheerful, they can actually make you keep on playing, giving you some 'hope'...

Replay Value: With 5 hundreds of puzzles to play through, there's plenty to do... plus that 'Endless' mode... Which is literally endless.

I highly recommend this to anyone who has a knack for puzzles... and it'd be a great game for beginners of the genre, since it's easy to pick up on the gameplay and its difficulty.

Final Score: 8.0

MSA is a compilation of 7 Metal Slug games that were greatly acclaimed by their time on the arcades. Now, they show up on PS2, all together.

Gameplay: It's just what one would expect out of a Metal Slug game. It includes the rare Metal Slug 6, which is a plus. The game can be saved mid-game, in case you have to go during the arcade playthrough. Everything is fast-paced, and you gotta think fast if you want to survive. The thing is, while you're on the game's rush and pass a level, wanting more, you often lose that rush due to the immensely huge loading times the game puts you through.

Graphics: Truly awesome. The game's art is one of the best things about it, and as GS says, 'It still looks sharp'.

Sound: Very well accomplished, and it gives some atmosphere for the game. Some little effects are also portrayed, such as the death of everyone.

Replay Value: Very high. 7 games, several characters and challenging difficulty will keep you hooked for quite a while.

I recommend this to anyone, either they are or not shooter fans.

This is the second volume of the compilation of earlier FF games, this time for PS2. Very fun, to say the least.

Gameplay: It's throughoutly enjoyable. It has all the moves, with their respective buttons. All gameplay modes are really hard though. Each game part has its complete roster, which has quite the variety.

Graphics: You can't expect much from compilations of old games. The graphics of the old games were polished here and there, and they are still really enjoyable for a 2D fighting game.

Sound: The fighting tunes keep you pumping. They're very well placed along with the scenarios, and their beats are very 'fighting-friendly'.

Replay Value: High. To master all characters you can, in all 3 games... It takes time and patience, and it's extremely fun to own CPU controlled characters on the hardest difficulty.

I recommend this to any 2D fighting fan, and it's a way to relive the games of the past.

I had recently finished watching all Mai Otome episodes, including Zwei and Sifr, before I got this. Mainly out of fandom. And I had a blast.

Gameplay: Could have been better, yes. But it's still really enjoyable, and has practically all the moves from the series. The roster is a good one, although some other characters could have been added. Midori, for example (but then again she can't fly, so she wouldn't be able to fight properly). But the roster is so well planned, we even get to play as Mikoto the Cat!

Graphics: Not the strongest thing. It has that 'anime' feel, but they're not that good, although they're flashy and this flaw can be easily surpassed.

Sound: This is, by far, the best part. The game introduces 3 new songs to the original sound track of the anime, and they are Valkyrja, Michibiki no Ao and Silent Wing. I can say they are, by far, some of the best songs I ever heard. Instantly searched for them, and added them to my MP3.

Replay Value: If you play moderately, the replay value can be high. It takes quite a while to unlock everything, and it's still enjoyable to do so. When with friends, the fun truly begins.

I recommend this game to ALL the fans of the series, and to open-minded people who like to try a good anime based fighting game. I know I didn't regret it.

This game was my second in the ROTK franchise, and probably my last, since I can't find any previous versions. I felt some differences when passing from X to XI... for the better.

Gameplay: The strategy in this game is really immersive. In each turn, 10 days pass. Then, you got a number of points, which you spend with each action. When there are no more points, you can only skip the turn. You can do a hell load of actions each turn, but you have to keep in mind your opponents do so as well. So, better start building those troops fast. Even so, the game pace can be terribly slow. For example, if each month is 4 turns, imagine how much would 50 years be... Also, the menus are rather boring, but it's the base of the strategy, so nothing you can do about that.

Graphics: One can't expect much from this type of game, but I can say the artwork is rather cool. It's well-designed, and good to look at.

Sound: The sound effects are nice, and really give you the impression of a war era.

Replay Value: This game is HUGE. This game has over 20 scenarios to complete, and, if you happen to get a ROTK X game save in the same memory card, you get even more. Plus, the challenges will keep you busy for quite a while.

I throughoutly recommend this fan for any turn-based strategy fan. You don't necessarily need to know the history of the Three Kingdoms, since you can opt for fictional gameplay.

I found UC2 more enjoyable than UC, however I give this a lower rating. Why? It could have been better. Also, I have the japanese version of the game, so the experience may differ from the american version.

Gameplay: Easy to pick up, easy to execute, well... easy. The game is relatively easy in its whole, and one shouldn't have trouble to play through it. The enemies are pretty much the same all over again, and some of the characters you control can be rather useless sometimes. Still somewhat fun to see some famous Naruto moves in 3D, however. And, unlike the normal minions, some bosses can be challenging. Others... not so much.

Graphics: In my opinion, this is where the game shines in comparison to its predecessor. I'm not much of a graphics person, but I can tell that this game improved it, and it's more enjoyable to look at.

Sound: Mildly enjoyable, although it gets repetitive with many hours of gameplay.

Replay Value: You need two playthroughs to unlock most characters, plus some missions, but even so it's a pain to play it all over again.

Even though I liked the game, I can only really recommend it to hardcore fans of the series.

EA had the idea of making the Sims fashion and blahblahblah. 'Let's make a Glamour & Life Stuff expansion!', they said.

This stuff expansion... like pretty much all stuff expansions, can be throughoutly ignored. The best content is in custom sites anyway, like TSR. With this, you only get some clothes and few furniture, like beds and sound systems, for example.

But, as every other The Sims 2 addict, one buys this. It's not a BAD choice. It's a money waste, yes, but what the game adds can be pretty neat, if used properly. The new furniture might be just what you need to 'update' your sim's house. And some of the clothes are kinda nice, maybe if you put this together with the NightLife expansion it won't be so bad. Also, people with an antiquate taste should skip this; It's a modern-fashion update.

In a biased opinion, pretty much, I think this expansion pack, along with all others, should be put for free downloading. 10$ is too much for it.

This first entry in the Blade Battlers series is truly amazing, to say the least. I spent hours and hours to unlock everything, etc.

Gameplay: Awesome. The controls are easy to figure out, and it's fun to juggle your opponent in the air and shunpo all over the place. The story modes are also funny as hell, and pit us againt 'impossible' opponents.

Graphics: Awesome as well. Some things could be more polished, but it's definitely NOT a letdown.

Sound: It fits perfectly in each situation. The combat music is really cool in my opinion, and keeps me pumpin'.

Replay Value: Whenever you need a stress relief or have a friend around, this game is one of the greatest choices. Watch your friend fuss on how he lost to Kon 10 times in a row.

It's too bad this only went out in Japan, it'd be a hit among Bleach fans anywhere else.

Back in the day, I wanted this game really much, but my dad wouldn't buy it. Now I see why.

Gameplay: One mistake and you blow up Area 51, and gotta start it all over again. Nice, huh? At least, you can choose from 4 distinct storylines for the same character, depending on how you play the game. The annoying thing is that timer...

Graphics: Even for its time, I've seen way better. Oddworld, for example.

Sound: I must say, this has great sound effects, and the voice acting's brutal, and kinda funny. Most of my final score goes to this.

Replay value: It has 4 separate storylines, but it's pretty much the same thing over and over again... So, nah.

Nowadays, if you see this thing, put it in the nearest trashcan, unless you're a Bruce Campbell fan.

I've first seen this game and I thought ''It's going to awsome, a Time Hollow and Phoenix Wright stile'' but some tecnical flaws can ruin some parts of the experience.

Grafics: 9
Great characters animations, subberb ambient design, but the town map isn't beautifull as the ambient design, and the enemys you need to silent aren't good as needed to be.

Sound:7
A great voice acting ruined by a 5/10 translation, and the voice sound isn't loud as needed to be

Gameplay:6
Just like Phoenix Wright and Time Hollow as I've said before, but the inovation is that you use Sigma (some tipe of Magatama from PW) to uncover the shinen to find the secrets from the people

Story:8
It woldn't be good if didn't had a good story, I don't want to spoiler things up

The result:7.5/10
Good but the tecnical flaws ruins some parts of the game, play it if want some Phoenix Wright Gameplay

I never played a Contra game before, therefore this was my first game of the series... It didn't go so well.

Gameplay: X to fire (infinite ammo), O to jump, square to duck and triangle to switch weapons. Sounds easy, huh? Well, it's definitely not. You can't switch the direction you're facing while you firing, for example, which sucks. And you're pretty much being assaulted by men and machines everywhere, which makes it even harder.

Graphics: Blarg. They're not good. At all.

Sound: Tedious. You're better off listening to your mp3 than listening to the game's music, if you can call it that.

Replay Value: None. If you get past the first level, you'll be tired of it already.

Don't even rent this game: Not worth your time. Unless you're some diehard Contra fan.

Blazing Dragons is made after a cartoon series of the same name. In this game, you control Flicker, a dragon who tries to become a knight, and wants to marry princess Flame. Of course, he has much trouble in is way.

Gameplay: This point-and-click adventure is very interesting, mainly because you have to grab things that seem meaningless and you have to work your brains out to figure out their utility in certain situations. Although sometimes it's frustrating to be constantly switching between the grabbing mode, looking mode, talking mode, etc.

Graphics: They look just like the cartoon itself, but... It's PSOne. You can't wait that much from it.

Sound: The voice acting is mind-blowing. The background music is nice, and helps in comic situations.

Replay Value: Next to none, for it has a linear storyline, with little else, if anything at all, to do.

It's a good game, but only for rental.

It's hard. Yeap. THIS game. Is hard.
But it's pretty damn fun! Why did it have to go on unnoticed?

Gameplay: You only need 3 buttons: Left, right, and X. Left to turn the bar left, right to turn the bar right, and X to make the ball jump. Pretty easy, huh?

Graphics: Pretty good, combined 3D and 2D graphics. The characters are funny to look at as well.

Sound: Eh, I cannot evaluate this, since I was most of the time with my headphones on. But it should be good, considering the game genre. Or at least addicting.

Replay Value: Infinite. To complete this, you have to play over and over. And there are 6 different characters. Besides, it is always fun to play a bit of it when you are bored or something.

Overall, it is a good experience, but only for fans of puzzle/pong games.

It's 2009, PS3 era, games like GTA IV and MGS4 are around. But, I never, EVER will get tired of this gem of the PSX.

Gameplay: Side-scrolling adventure/platformer games are normally boring for me, but this is different: I actually have fun, and it's one of the few games that can actually make me laugh. The 'Gamespeak' is also great, and part of what makes the Oddworld series unique.

Graphics: Pretty good for PSX, in my opinion. I'd defenitely buy a game with these graphics for my PS2.

Sound: Oh, the fun part. The sound makes this game unique, and, as mentioned before, the 'Gamespeak' plays a good part in this.

Replay Value: VERY high. To get the 3 endings, for example. And it's a long, fun, brain-wrecking game.

Even though it's been years since its release, I totally recommend this game: It's an experience everyone should try, and no one will forget.

This was one of the very first games I ever had, for the old PS. Back then I had a great time while playing this game, even now as well. But, now it gets boring really quickly.

Gameplay: Easy to pick up, and it has a new meteor system, which I find rather useless. Besides that, it's ok. And Super Baby is irritatingly hard to beat. And you can only hit his crotch, apparently.

Graphics: Good enough for PS, just wrong for the current generation. But they aren't all that bad.

Sound: Kinda boring. This is one of the bad aspects in the game. I always turn my MP4 on while playing it...

Replay Value: Well, with the new 'Build Status' or whatever it is mode, you can be playing for hours without even noticing. So, I guess it has some replay value. Besides, it IS a fighting game...

Nowadays, it's a game to avoid. If you want a good DBZ, you just go for Tenkaichi 3, hands down. But, if you're old school and/or miss the original Playstation, this game's not a bad pick, not at all.
