He wasn't sure what to do if that was really Kody or not. Although it did look like him. He was justing hoping he wouldn't ask any questions.

"Crap Mischa, what if he notices us?" Deborah asked.

"He's gonna notice us if you keep freaking out. Relax yourself."

"But we were going to keep this hidden I thought?"

"Well we can't really do that so well with Kody here now can we?"

Mischa was hoping deep down Kody didn't see them. However, luck was not on his side. Kody had glanced over and had noticed them, though he didn't make it known that he did see them. In fact he wasn't doing much of anything in response. What he was actually thinking was another matter all together. Did he know they were on a date? Or was he thinking of something else?

Meanwhile, in tomfoolery land, Amanda was trying to be as awkward as possible to Leonard. She was playing the part of one of the characters in Leonard's show, which was one of the girls who pretty much had Yuri stamped on her forehead. However, since Leonard was not a girl, this actually made him feel awkward.

"Woah Amanda, calm down there. I don't know how to react properly to this."

"But Leonard, I'm only expressing my love to you!"

"You are expressing the best way to make me feel uneasy. BACK! BACK I SAY!"

"Oh calm down. You know I'm only acting."

"Yeah sometimes I wonder." Leonard replied.

------------------

Well, Leonard is still not doing anything useful. But boy oh boy, I think Kody saw what's up. Or did he? What is going on in that brain of his? Stay tuned!

Some video games are great. Some of them have satisfying endgames. But some games, those really throw their all into the fight once the final hour has arrived. In this countdown I'll take a look back at my favorite endgame bosses (1 of which is not technically a final boss but is the conclusion to said game), and in the comments below, feel free to share what your favorites are!

10. The World Ends With You

After you defeat the Game Master of the third and final Reaper's Game, you come face to face with the Conductor of the game, Megumi Kitanji. He's passionate about what he's trying to do (spoilers aside) and he's going to do his best to stop you from beating him which would result in his objective not being met. He confronts you himself, and after beating him once, he transforms into his Noise form, a giant serpent called Anguis Cantus.

After defeating HIM, he transforms AGAIN after transforming with someone else (spoilers withheld), to a more dangerous serpent Noise called Draco Cantus. The entire last day builds up to this climactic fight, and it has a few small twists to the battle formula and is one of the only fights in the entire game you'll mostly be tackling with just Neku by himself. Needless to say, it is one epic fight and I can't say much more without giving away very important story elements.

9. Pokemon Black/White

Normally, Pokemon games end at the Pokemon League of a given region, and your journey ends when you defeat the Champion. BUT NOT THIS TIME. After defeating the Elite Four, a castle comes out of the ****ing ground and surrounds the Pokemon League. It's N's castle. you have to confront him one last time, in what is an epic fight between truth and ideals. After that, his own father and a member of the Seven Sages of Team Plasma, Ghetsis, flips out at N's defeat and fights you himself after revealing the full intention he had for Team Plasma, and you take him down and bring an end to Team Plasma for the time being.

This endgame blew my mind despite being 19 years old at the time I played it and having been into Pokemon for over 11 years. I thought Pokemon was falling into a routine, and while I really liked Cynthia in Diamond/Pearl, I was waiting for when there'd be a twist to the plot somehow. And in Black/White, N's success with the Pokemon League up until you beat him was a welcome change and not actually fighting any sort of Champion for a final boss with Ghetsis was really cool too. N having a legendary Pokemon helped crank the intensity up to eleven.

8. Kingdom Hearts II

HOW OVER-THE-TOP CAN YOU MAKE ONE STRING OF FINAL BOSSES? First you go through a strange city, then you fight Xemnas in a weird knight form. Then you have to fight him on a giant Nobody dragon. Then you fight him in the knight form AGAIN but you're falling from the sky but you look like you're flying and you have to make your way to him. THEN you fight him finally in his usual form but in a different white/black cloak in a strange void of nothingness. AND I MIGHT BE MESSING UP MY ORDER BECAUSE THE ENDGAME JUST CONSISTS OF SO ****ING MUCH.

The first Kingdom Hearts almost made it to this list too because of how over the top it was, but few endgames can boast being that exaggerated as Kingdom Hearts II. And you get the epic partnership of Sora and Riku, who was reformed from falling into darkness in the first game and now a sweet dark hero type character. It just screamed awesome for me. Cheesy admittedly, but still a great way to wrap up the game.

7. No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle

I love NMH2. I really do. It took the solid foundation of the first, and made it better. It did away with the unnecessary hubworld fluff (as novel as it was), and polished up the rest of the game. And the entire game revolves around Travis' thirst for vengeance against Jasper Batt Jr. and how he killed a good friend of his. Travis relunctantly assassinates his way through the top ranked assassin's a SECOND time, and learns that Jasper Batt Jr. himself is the top ranked assassin. He confronts him. After learning what his identity was (which surprised him), you begin the epic final boss fight with him.

And that boss fight ends up with three phases. You first fight him inside a small car and have defend yourself and make openings to hit him. After that, he makes himself buffer though some power and larger, and you fight what essentially is an evil superhero (looks like a superhero, but really isn't). After warding off attacks and knocking him down again, he increases in size AGAIN, in a parody to how final bosses progress in other games, and he's literally this giant balloon version of himself, and you fight him on the top of his destroyed office building. It's a challenging fight, but it's soooo satisfying when you finally bring him down.

6. Dark Cloud 2

Few games are beloved to me as Dark Cloud 2, and the game did a great job of wrapping up its story. You fight Emperor Griffin in his palace, only to learn that a dark creature had parasitically taken over his body and controlled him to do everything that he did. You then go through a weird dream realm and fight a bunch of bosses, and you confront the Dark Element, the real "Emperor Griffin", while it threatens to DROP THE FREAKING MOON ON THE PLANET. No, I'm serious, Majora's Mask is not the only game to have the threat of the moon being used as a weapon. Dark Cloud 2's world also had 2 moons, 1 of which was to be used to destroy the planet by the Dark Element.

You have a pretty good view of the second, fake moon and you have a tense countdown of 5 minutes to kill the Dark Element. The battle takes place on a small space of floor inside the strange colorful place near the top of the long spiral that you climbed up on the way. It's pretty atmospheric and the fight itself, which has the Dark Element switching its cloak coloring to grant immunity to long-ranged or close-ranged weapons (since the two main characters get 1 each) was a nice twist and added strategy.

5. Sonic & Knuckles

I have a hard time loving bosses in platformers because they tend to lack the intensity of a well-established RPG fight. But Sonic & Knuckles, which wraps up the Death Egg saga of the Sonic game timeline, ends beautifully. First you have an ordinary boss fight in the Death Egg Zone, which following that you chase Eggman before he jumps into his Death Egg Robot, and you have to hit the fingers of the hands he's using to try to crush you.

When that fails, he destroys pieces of the Death Egg as he follows you and attacks you with fire from his robotic nose (I'm serious), and a charged laser beam from the Master Emerald he's using for energy for the robot. In order to damage him you have to hit the Master Emerald's holding machine carefully and bounce off it before you fall from the platforms the robot's knocking down in its wake. And if that's not enough, destroying the robot doesn't end the game. Eggman tries to get away with the Master Emerald riding his little ship, and you get to chase him down and hit him while the rest of the Death Egg falls apart behind you.

Leaving out the Doomsday Zone which is a whole 'nother layer added on entirely, this is one of the most epic endgames I've ever gotten to experience in a platformer, and while I tend not to give Sonic & Knuckles enough credit, it did wrap up the Death Egg saga in a very cool manner.

4. Touhou Shinreibyou ~ Ten Desires

Not all of you know Touhou so here's a video link to the boss fight, because this might be hard to imagine what I'm explaining otherwise: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIZG7Rb8yMk. Good? Okay. So the plot here is Reimu found a weird disturbance and had to find out why spirits were flying around everywhere. She finds Toyosatomimi no Miko and a small group of people who practiced Taoism and tried to become immortal (and had people stop believing in them, sending them to Reimu's world, Gensokyo), and then Reimu (or whatever girl you pick) confronts Miko. After this, an Extra scenario can be unlocked, where Reimu goes to the Moriya Shrine and is intercepted by the playful tanuki girl Mamizou. And this fight happens.

IT ****ING HAPPENS. I love the playful music, and the entire theming of Mamizou's attacks is just bizarre in the coolest way possible. Her normal, non-spellcard attacks, she doesn't fool around with and literally just hurls large orbs every ****ing direction, but her spellcard attacks feature her bullets TURNING INTO LIVING THINGS, including gingerbread man looking humanshapes, frogs, birds, and dog-things. Land, sea, air, human. And to turn it up to 11, one of her spellcards has her transform into REIMU HERSELF and shooting trademark amulets at you, as well as leaving behind frogs which explode into amulets (as opposed to the feather-like bullets they normally explode into).

I've only ever beaten her one time, but fighting her is so satisfying. And I have a thing for tanukis ever since Super Mario Bros. 3 and Mario and Luigi being able to turn into them through that power-up. And Mamizou delivered.

3. Chrono Trigger

After going through time many many times you finally get to fight Lavos in the Black Omen, and you learn that there's more to Lavos than that exterior meteor monster you've seen all game. Not only do you fight a boss rush of a lot of the game's bosses with Lavos as the proxy, you get to fight Lavos itself normally, then you fight a strange Cell-like creature inside of Lavos. You go INSIDE OF LAVOS when you finish this beast off because its head retreated into its body. And then, after THAT, you fight its core: a weird alien being and 2 small bits accompanying it...

Until you learn the twist that ONE OF THE BITS IS THE CORE AND THE ALIEN ISN'T THE REAL TARGET. Many gamers who are genre-savvy get thrown for a loop when they learn Lavos' last form isn't the unique alien creature, but actually one of those bits. And until you start throwing attacks around, you have no way of knowing, adding to the tense challenge of finally ridding the planet of the horrible beast. To accompany it, the background spans through space-time and you get to see the various settings you've been to, which influence some of the core's attacks. Really cool indeed.

2. Final Fantasy VII

You dive deep inside the earth through the North Crater to fight Sephiroth for real. You defeat JENOVA for the 4th and final time, and then you face Sephiroth, who was turned into some strange monster. You get to tackle the fight with multiple parties if you want to. Then when you think Sephiroth's defeated, he becomes an angellic god-like... thing, with epic latin choir accompanying this. It's one of the coolest final bosses I've ever gotten to play, and while a lot of people like to mock it nowadays, I like to give credit where its due; if not for this game, I wouldn't have played any other Final Fantasy titles, and Sephiroth is an awesome villain. I found the final boss fight with him highly dynamic and entertaining. It helps that his forms gain stats depending on whether you used the gamebreaking summon on JENOVA before him or if you have any Lv.99 characters.

1. Pokemon Gold/Silver

Yes, wrapping up our countdown is another Pokemon game. And no I'm not talking about Lance here. I'm talking about the game's TRUE final boss. You've collected Kanto's badges after defeating the entire Johto region, and been given permission to venture to Mt. Silver. You traverse the eerie, dark cave. You reach the last room of the final dungeon of this 60+ hour Pokemon game, and you see nothing but a single path forward and black void surrounding you (assuming the original here, for atmosphere). You reach the other side to see a trainer standing there, and approach them. All they say before you're rushed into a fight is "..."

This is how the epic final battle of Gold/Silver pulls you in. You fight not just any trainer, but the hero of the entire Kanto region from 3 years ago. You're fighting a former champion that stepped down in order to continue growing stronger. You're fighting a trainer that was the FIRST to mess with and successfully defeat Team Rocket. And you get that epic Champion Battle music that Lance got along with Red holding nothing but Pokemon obtained through events in Yellow (Espeon implied to be the Eevee from Celadon). You get to know why there's only 1 Snorlax in Kanto. He has the second one.

Red is in himself an epic character in Gold/Silver for being a hero 3 years before you began your journey in Johto. And you get to fight him. Not many games can make a new installment and have the game wrap up by BEATING THE FIRST GAME'S PROTAGONIST. But to this day Gold/Silver are my favorite games in the series, and not only was the pacing of the game great, but having Red as its final fight just makes it that much more awesome.

It's been a long time since I posted a blog, but that's because I've been really busy with studies, sports etc.

And yeah, my PS3 died on me, AGAIN. 8 months ago its HDMI port stopped working, so I got it exchanged with a new piece from sony (its under warranty). Then my ps3's optical drive stopped working, and my Uncharted 2 disc got stuck in it!

Luckily for me, I somehow managed to get the disc out

Then the second replacement and now I've got a PS3 which won't turn on and 3 PS3 boxes in my store room

And guess what, I set up another push-up record- 127 non stop, breaking my previous record of 98 (Yeah that was pretty frustrating )

I really wanted Crysis 3, but now it's all ruined!

crysis3_announce.jpg

(Nah, not really, I just need to get the rusty junk to the service center )

Anyone's got a good sig suggestion? My old sig's not working anymore, so I'd love to get help

And did you know I've got an electric guitar? I love metal (Not the completely insane, head banging screaming ones )

Oh and the most important thing- my semester finals are starting next week

Wish me luck!

Mon, 04 Mar 2013 16:21:46 -0800 BKGlover writes: Racing Series'- A brief summarization. http://www.gamespot.com/users/BKGlover/show_blog_entry.php?topic_id=m-100-26016335 Now, as anyone who has read or listened to me before, I have said Gran Turismo is a brilliant racer, but GT5 is bland to bad everywhere else. Now that I've essentially finished the Racing Gamers checklist with Forza (yes I bought a 360), I feel that, after some consideration, I can bring some perspective to the genre. I'll do this by looking at the series as a whole, not one game.

Gran Turismo series: The racing itself has always been the core focus at Polyphony Digital, and it has always been the biggest draw, even if getting there can be tedious as anything. So it's not easy to navigate, not is it the best looking, but it hasn't been called the 'Real Driving Simulator' for nothing. To my mind, GT is, maybe predictably, a purpose built racer like a Formula car or a Le Mans Prototype, maybe not the best looking machine, but it will mop the floor with any other competition.

Forza Motorsport series: Now, while I haven't played long, I have a good grasp on the feel of the games. I played 1 years ago, and picked up 2, 3, and Horizon recently to go with the new 360. Remarkably, some things don't change, like the interest levels. While they are fun, the fun is front-loaded in the games, being around the slower street cars. As you go faster, any unique attributes kinda fade away, especially if you turn off assist. The Performance Index is a nice idea, but it doesn't mean much as I can summarize level B and up as follows: Front-drive= spearing the wall, Rear-drive= spinning into the wall, All-drive= slapping the wall. No, Forza is more about the spectacle, and Horizon, the best of the series so far, is a shining example of this. The generalizations above are enhanced, and the festival setting and gorgeous-well-everything is the focus. If GT is the LMP car, Forza is the top-of-the-line Supercar, stunning to look at, but can never reach it's full potential on the track.

Midnight Club series: Oh boy, this one is hard and easy at the same time. Hard because it is, like the scene it was based on, dead. easy because it was hard to master, made no sense half the time or more, destroyed great cars for looks, and wasn't the best at the subject matter anyway. MC is like the tuners it represented, more flash than bang.

Need for Speed series: Hurk! So many games. So many failures! This one has been giving me fits, but I have it now. The series has gone from one side of the gameplay board to the other a few times, each trip producing at least one decent game. Everyone has a favorite, but everyone has different tastes, thats why NFS is the two-door roadster of racing games, some great ones and some horrid ones.

Burnout series: Rental car. Moving on.

Codemasters racing games: As one goes, the others follow. I got my hands on TOCA 1 I believe, and is it awful. Control was apparently an afterthought, but a 3DO was involved, I'll brush it away. Instead, there's Jarrett and Labonte (TOCA 3 I think), and the Race Driver games, culminating in the upcoming GRID 2(which I won't be buying thanks to thier greed.) which have to date been either bloody wonderful or bloody awful depending on who you talk to, but all have been flawed to a point, either by repetition, length, or overambition. Codies tarmac games rank as muscle cars, great fun but limited by itself.

Codemasters rally games: The other. Oddly, I can say the same thing as above from J&L on, but the rally focus can take away from some faults. As Dirt 4 comes closer, I think long and hard on the entire entity, and deduce the equal. Codies rally games are the RWD rally cars, great fun(again) but limited, waiting to be overtaken.

Mario Kart series: NO.

Managed to find KH:ReCoM and so far I really like it but I haven't finished it yet. I'm kind of so-so on the card combat system though. It is fun but it does take some getting used but once I did its enjoyable but frustrating at the same time. I'll probably be able to finish it this year but I'm still on the fence regarding the combat system used though.

Anyone who's been online at the same time as I am on PSN probably knows that I've been playing Journey. I managed to get Journey Collectors Edition at RM95 and it is worth every cent. It also includes Flower and flOw so I totally recommend you to get this one especially if you didn't have Journey yet. I've finished Journey so many times so you can guess how much I love this game. I also liked Flower, and flOw so yeah, you should definitely get it.

This game actually belonged to my sister for she bought it with own money. We actually have Arkham Asylum for the PS3 but none of us in the family played much of it (I know I haven't) until my sister did a few months back. She liked it so much that she bought it with her own money (our mother also lend her some money if I remember correctly). But she let her brother and sisters to play a little and I actually liked it so far. However, until we actually finish Arkham Asylum she wont let us play it (except if she gave play it for a few minutes or so) so yeah.

And that's pretty much everything I've got to say about the games besides the fact our PS3 decided to delete all our save data (along with games that we downloaded before) which means we have to play the games we already finished. Again. >_> The only good thing that came out of it (for me anyways) is that I can play Sonic Unleashed all over again. I've actually wanted to start a new game but I kind of hesitate on deleting the old save file so that's something. So that's the end of my blog. Now I've got to ask my father if I can buy Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed and thats all of the games I really want to buy this year. Until the next blog, then!

I thought it was awesome and the second he came back i knew that cm punk vs chris jericho was destined to happen.

that feud happened and well IT WAS AWESOME

The only complaint i really have about jericho's return was that he didnt win the royal rumble which wouldve helped the feud and made him look like a bigger threat.

However in the end i cant complain on jericho's return overall

i thought he was gonna win the rumble and beat punk at mania and from there it wouldve been a 2 out of 3 battle with over the limit being the ppv to conclude the match.

That didnt happen but once again jericho did what i expected him to do

he put over cm punk.

overall i conclude that his return was actually a sucess.

However i have been seeing alot of people complain about how his return was a failure and i can see why they would think that what with all the promos and the whole end of the world thing.

however all i can really say is qoute chris jericho

"GET OVER IT"

thats what jericho stated on twitter the night he lost at royal rumble

Chris jericho knew his main goal from the beginning was to put over stars and thats exactly what he did

he put over cm punk twice and he just put over sheamus last night.

Jericho is 40 years old i beleive he has nothing left to really prove as a matter of fact he has pretty much done it all.

the man can still wrestle even at that age

sure he couldve come back and said i wanna beat cm punk but he didnt he knew that WWE needed stars for the future and thats why he came back

dont get me wrong im a very big jericho fan everyone who knows me knows that

besides this doesnt look like its his final run

if it is his final run he went out with a bang

he gave us 3 consecutive epic matches

chris jericho's return was a success in my eyes

now then this is my opinion i just wanted to give my two cents in this because when i read articles about him all i see are comments on how his return was a huge failure and how he just came back for the money

i dont think he came back for the money i think he is doing just fine financially

anyway just wanted to defend jericho

if this really is his final run it was fun whle it lasted

...Shut up, I know it's a dumb question.

Anyways I'd pick this song -http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1VLaXoRRdk&feature=relmfu

Today I braved the freezing cold with my younger brother so he could buy Resident Evil Revelations for the 3DS. We went to a total of 5 different stores before we finally found a copy at the fifth store we went to. They were sold out pretty much everywhere else. I can imagine it's because of the error on the game case. Well, we finally managed to find a copy and it had the error on the game case too. We went back to Best Buy so I could get Super Mario 3D Land. We stopped by a coffee shop before going home. The weather was and continues to be very cold, but the skies are 100 percent clear.

So, I have completed Dragon Quest IX yet again, and I now continue to play it, searching for treasure maps, doing side quests and so forth. In addition to that, I have been playing Super Mario 3D Land and I am brushing on my Mario Party games by playing a little bit of all of them. I'm a bit excited for Mario Party 9, and I hope it's much better than Mario Party 8, which was a total disaster. I saw IGN's point of view about the Mario Party franchise and I agree with most of what they said. Maybe I'll give my own point of view on the next blog.

I guess that's it. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I'll blog again when I'm in the mood.

Until next blog!

To those who didn't get the slightly subtle hint, I'm leaving, after 774 days, over 40 active forums, 50,000 posts (as of the end of today), about a dozen themes, 225 blog posts (including this one), 7.5 days of suspension (don't ask, I've already answered), 32 reviews, 427 games rated (most of them I actually played...), and a lot more stats you can view in the "about me" section in anyone's blog.

All right, enough with the emotionless stats, time for the sentimental stuff! Well, as sentimental as possible, given that I'm not so much prone to sentimentality. I'd like to thank every person I'd like to thank with a paragraph, but honestly, there are far too many people who have overall impacted my over two years on this website, the number easily stretches over a hundred. Thus, the paragraphs are limited to a select group of people who has most impacted me recently, as emotionless as the number "ten" seems to be it's the one I'm stuck using. Anyone who has problems with that, don't bother, I won't be here to read them!

Aidan129 and Courtney187

You're first on the list (as usual), don't brag about it Aidan. Anyway, I've listed them together partially because they fit so well together, and partially so I could cheat and get more people on this list. But more the former. Honestly, I've yet to go anywhere and see Aidan with Courtney, and vice versa, which makes sense given that they're a couple in real life. Good friends, both of them, and Aidan's among the few people I can manage to get into a heated debate with and walk away not feeling I've alienated someone, mainly because I know he cares highly little about my opinion anyway. As for Courtney, she's quite easily the first person to call me "sir", and among one of two to ever do so, and it always feels so, formal. *shrugs* Besides that, a very easy person to get along with, as most everyone who's met her would know, and how she puts up with Aidan, no one has ever figured out...

zmanrwks

Crazy guy, you are. And let's not get into how you spell your username... But randomness *cough* may occasionally have a place, as much as I'd prefer not to admit it, and you have a very good way of finding that place, taking possession of it, and defending it from all comers with the most/least style possible. A proper salute to you.

OmegaAxl and UltraZero

Seems quite the pair to put on here, I know. Of course, they're a lot more different than putting them together on a list might imply, OA's more prone to being patient (as odd as it sounds), unless it's on a project of his. UZ's more rash, and when he got banned after OA everyone was most shocked, at least in JCU (as outside of it, everyone was just surprised they didn't go sooner). But despite those and a variety of other differences, they do fit together, work together, plan together, scheme together, probably among the closest "bros." on the internet. And deep down, they're not too bad, as some people seem to agree upon more than others.

Cloud_765

And now, for the guy that manages to get on everyone's "best friends" list eventually, the guy who's led and left more unions than is possible for me to ever know, who's kept AON alive for as long as I've been on Gamespot, and who is practically the opposite of me when it comes to accepting/tolerating people, meaning he is, as I'm not so much. He can stand up when he needs to, but he needs to work on his aim a bit when things get rough... Overall though, he knows what he's doing, and gets it done.

sonicphc

To phc, I'd just like to give a (complex) thanks for managing to get me to think without necessarily trying to, for showing me the other side of the viewpoint I've placed myself staunchly against, and managing to overall have a good grasp of what's going on despite not even being on so much as I am. Thank you.

mario-nin-freak

Honestly, I don't even know if you'll see this, with how little you're on anyway. Very much a strong conscience, with an opinion on many subjects and a most inquisitive mind on everything else. I've greatly enjoyed out conversations, sparse as they may have been, and I have to say it, Mario Kart DS is still better.

Raimgamer

Here he is, the guy who, indirectly, contributed to my above-mentioned suspension because of a bit of distaste over another forum. Seriously? A very open person, he lets everyone know his stance, and is always prepared to defend it, with or without solid evidence. We don't tend to disagree too often, which might lead to claims that he's on this list just because I agree with him. Which is 100% not true. He's on this list because I agree with him and because this leads to a great amount of communication between the two of us that's not centered around debate, but mutual support. Which is, oddly enough, more beneficial than I've previously assumed...

Shy_Guy_Red

Let's see if I can get through this entire thing without mentioning your recent obsession...

SGR, as he's decently well-known as, is a man who loves innovation. New ideas and thoughts of any quality appear to him more than the most perfect piece of something that was done before. An opinion that is surprisingly refreshing in my usual circles, which tend to prefer everything of the 80s and earlier, and leads to a variety of quite friendly debates between the two of us. Of course, it occasionaly gets him into trouble, such as that obsession I mentioned, but it also makes it quite easy to recommend games to him, just tell him the title has a passably decent new gimmick in use. Also, he's a good conversationalist (I'm talking to him now, actually), and most enjoyable to tease with soon-revealed secrets, as he's about to learn.

wetty1

Somehow, even though I now know he's almost a year older than me, I still keep thinking of this guy as "young wetty". Philippe's easier though oddly, it sounds like an older name maybe? *shrugs* A year ahead of me, we spend a decent amount of time talking about what he's doing and I'll be doing (or am doing, in a few cases) in school, but also about everything from entertainment to literature to general life. He talks a lot about subject A, I talk about subject B, both of us learn something along the way. And together, someday, we'll find that question to 42! All right, maybe not...

stephenage

Being last on the list isn't because he's highest, lowest, or most in the middle, just that I put him on the list last. The more you waste time on it trying to find meaning, the more my little game works.

Stephen, the man who appreciates my senses of humor, philosophy, and good video games bought cheap, is someone I've spent a great deal of time talking about, mostly those three things, along with Gamespot (which now won't be talked about much longer). Loves the question "why do you think that way?", as do all proper philosophers, I likely disagree with him as much as agree with him, and we can settle both in an oddly civil manner, with relative mutual respect (I hope). Needs to work on his trolling skills a bit though...

To all of you on the list, thank you.

And with that, this is done, except for four or five last bits. First off, it's not just Gamespot I'm leaving, it's most of the internet in general, which includes AFT. I've resigned in the unions I've right now most active in, feel free to demote me from any others. Classical Lord of the Rings is staying as it is, I don't want to give anyone else the burden of dealing with another dead union. I also changed my icon one last time, Will's here for good now. Also, my alts are leaving too, including barren167 (who might pop up once or twice more, for a story summary in the near future), and NostalgiaGamer1, whom only ktulu and bak have met thus far and never really served the purpose I intended him for, which I'm okay with now. As for myself, I'll be out after I meet one last goal. Seeing me again, well, not too likely, I just have life to go with. But I won't be forgetting this place, not by a long shot.

And with that: So long.

God bless,
Micaiah (mariostar0001)

Apparently I have time to be here now but not sure how much that's gonna stick in the future.

But in any case, I've been quite happy because the anime for Mirai Nikki (the series where my username comes from) started last week. I read the manga a while back and I got really attached to it, so of course I had massive hype for the anime and I really enjoyed the first episode. Still waiting impatiently for the subtitles for the newly released second episode right now though.

As for gaming, I haven't gotten around to that as much nearly as I wish I could have. Only gaming I've had recently was my friend coming over today, played some Kingdom Hearts II and Portal 2, a few other things too but not nearly as much time as with the previous games mentioned.

Another random thought but recently I've gotten really attached to the song Aimai Elegy and I've been spamming it a bunch. Funny how almost every time I find a song I like and read the lyrics, I can find some way to relate to the song unless it's about a breakup or a just plain crazy song.

I hope you guys have had more free time than I have with my packed school schedule. But of course, I pack in time to enjoy myself in spite of all that work. Enjoy your week guys, I hope I enjoy mine too.
