I am back!

I haven't loged in to this site since 2009 but I finally got a chance to do so. No, I was not dead nor kidnapped nor taken (great movie!). I just forgot about GameSpot..for 3 years.

Anyways, it's good to be back. But I am curious as to who is still active here.

1. Skyrim – What can I say, Bethesda took everything I loved about Oblivion and made it better and gave us dragons! No matter if I am making armor, slaying dragons or simply exploring… I feel like I am at home.
2. Star Wars: The Old Republic – I wasn't going to put this on this year's list, simply because it is a MMO and they take a lot of time to play and get a feel for, but this game has me hooked already.
3. Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception – Uncharted 3 gives you so much action and adventure and more importantly, it gives you some of the greatest characters in video game history.
4. Resistance 3 – Insomniac gave us an almost perfect package. They took what was great from the last game and added it with what we all loved from the first and gave us Resistance 3. They also dragged us through the mud and showed us how strong the human spirit really is.
5. Portal 2 – I never finished the first game, but what I did play I liked a lot. Valve took what was special from Portal and expanded on it with old characters and new ones a like and the puzzle solving was still a blast.
6. Dead Space 2 – All I really wanted was more Dead Space and I got it, but I also got a main character that became human and that I really cared about. Dead Space 2 is also creepy and intense from start to finish; I was on edge the whole time.
7. Batman: Arkham City – Arkham Asylum was a huge surprise and some felt like it couldn't be done twice. Rocksteady proved those people wrong. Although the open worldness isn't what I expected and some of the story was bland. This is an all around good game.
8. Saint's Row: The Third – Crazy and insane hardly do this game justice. Everything is out of control and although I love that, something is missing that I can't place. No matter what, it was one hell of a ride.
9. Red Faction: Armageddon – At first I was not finding this game that great, but once I shut my brain off and paid little attention to the story, I found myself loving all the destruction and killing of aliens.
10. L.A. Noire – Team Boni, say what you will about them, they created something good here. L.A. Noire reminds me of the first Assassin's Creed, it is very refreshing and new, but so repetitive that playing it became a chore. With that said, in the long run was fun for the most part playing detective.

Honorable mention (By Release Date)

• DCUO Release Date: Jan 11, 2011 – I started to feel how repetitive this game really was and it needs a lot of work, but being a superhero or villain is a lot of fun. This game took many of my hours.
• Mass Effect 2 Release Date: Jan 18, 2011 – I had to add this game, it may not have officially came out in 2011, but it did on PS3 and I still loved playing it.
• Socom 4 Release Date: Apr 19, 2011 – Socom fans for the most part don't like the new changes Zipper made, but I do and I understand why they did it. Maybe it is not perfect, but it showed me Zipper does care. The main story was also not great, but had some depth that the series never had before.
• Outland Release Date: Jun 14, 2011 – I have yet to finish this game, and that really is too made. It is an amazing sidescroller and it looks absolutely beautiful. I have heard it called a tribal version of Tron and I have to agree.
• Apples to Apples Release Date: Dec 20, 2011 – I added this simply because it came out late at the end of the year and didn't seem to get much attention. Apples to Apples is a fun table top game and now it is a great video game. The single player is useless, but the online is so much fun. This is a game to get the family together for.

In other news, I passed all my classes while maintaining my 3.0 GPA. Unfortunately, it's difficult to get it higher, but I'll try during the summer term. Only 6 credits remain until I can graduate with an Associate's Degree and move on for the Bachelor's. I'm still required to send my immunization forms, go to orientation, and submit my final transcripts to transfer to the upper university (undergraduate).

I don't know if I can share anything game related, but with movies I hope to see Hangover Part 2, Transformers 3, Spy Kids 4.

Well I got it tuesday and I just wanna give you might thoughts on it

The fighting is very fast paced and can work for any casual or hardcore fan. The roster is great but im still kinda disappointed there was no Mega Man :/ lol. So far ive completed arcade mode 18 times and let me tell you Galactus is not a push over i wanna scream everytime i fight him but its SO freakin fun lol

One disappointment about arcade mode is the endings they are so not worth it at all they couldve done something awesome with that but they didnt.

Another disappointment is that training mode SUCKS. It doesnt help you at all im not gonna lie im not very good at 2D fighters im only okay and i was hoping to get pretty good at this one but man o man its almost impossible to learn moves in training mode its better to just enter arcade mode and learn as you go.

Now online is very impressive. Ive never played a 2D fighter online before so i cant draw comparisions but its very addicting. I have a losing record right now......lol im about 45 for 60 somethin but even losing is fun. Sure i fight the occasional cheap guy who just stands in the corner and shoots stuff and makes me wanna pull my hair out but when you play someone good those fights are simply EPIC.

Like i said im not amazing at 2D fighters i bet alot of people could whoop my booty cause most of the time when i start losing i lose my cool and start button mashing lol but ill get better

Iron Man, Sentinel, and Wesker

As you can tell Wesker is my favorite character I own with him

So yea any suggestions for any good teams cause im not very good and I could use a little advice

and if you wanna play me send me a Private Message cause i dont like waving around my new PSN-ID but none of my friends have this game so I could use a few people to play with

Left my other job as a manager. That placed sucked. I mean, who would sit there, get ranted at, be a district manager, and only be paid just over minimum wage? No, I didn't think so.

Uh, I was unemployed for a while. A few months to be exact. All this nationalistic patriotism about "land of the free" I-I still don't know where that comes from. People (in this country) only act like that when something goes wrong. LOL So, it made me wonder why people aren't acting like that when we've all got less money? Something went wrong, right? LOL Again. So I did find another place to work and it's quite humiliating-- not to worry, I'm not a male stripper.

Got my a** in school too; my major will be meteorology, my minor will be technical design and drafting. Hoo RAH. Uh, I'm also a tutor at the college I attend (I will not say "my" college cause that'd be stupid and subjective...and sounding like an obliviously proud adolescent who doesn't know his left from his right), which is specifically English and Psychology. Yup. Most of the students there are inexplicably trivial and superficial; and for the most part, they've all signed up to get their Pell Grant refund check. Sorry bastards. Makes my stomach go through an entire TUMBLE CYCLE LOL But, as long as I'm good with MOST of my instructors and the Academic Dean? I don't give a f***. ^_^ And I-I really, REALLY, and honestly wish that all the students, regardless of whom they are, recognize that I don't give a flying f*** about them; hey, maybe if you got off of that stupid FACEBOOK and TWITTER, your mind would be occupied with information...like MINE! And actually be able to use it! Nope, they don't ask for answers from me. They KNOW I won't respond. And this is such in spite of constantly being told, prior to going to school, "Ooo! You gon' get a LOT uh'dem folks askin' you dem qwestuns!" *subtly shakes his head* Sorry, what was that dear? I was distracted by the amount of GENIUS blowing up my ears. LMFAO Yes that was arrogant and I'm sorry. Nay, I apologize.

What about gaming? The PS3 has been erroneously quiet the past few months; sure he's seen his really good days, making my room an inferno and what not, yet I haven't been buying him a lot of PS3 games to stuff his face with. Sure I got him Tekken 6 back in February, but I'm at a loss of FUN games these days: where the f*** are the FUN games that are not rated E? Little Big Planet and Katamari can't be the only arcade-esque gaming out there; don't even THINK about suggesting "Braid" to me or I'll choke myself. No I don't want to play Burnout Paradise. So what arcade racing games are there? NONE. Grid is too realistic--

KEY WORD: REALISM. Stop with all the damn realism in games, then you'll start creating GAMES again. All of a sudden, everybody is jumping on the "realism" bandwagon. And Heavy Rain doesn't alleviate the situation; rather, we have an immense exacerbation of "IRL" syndrome in the gaming industry. My f***ing Pete, can't I just play a game cause it's fun anymore? Where I don't HAVE to think about it or there will be some consequence? OH wait. There's God of War III. Nevermind ^_^

Um, suddenly I really like listening to Owl City (or Adam Young).

I have no girlfriend, fiance or wife. So therefore, I've been single for a while. Rather, I'm still single. NAY! I remain single!

I've still got my car (despite having no cash at a certain period of time *cough*) and it still sounds as if it wants to eat people. Wait, I didn't mention I had custom exhaust on it...did I?

I've had NO run-ins with the "law." HA HA! Still NOT A SINGLE TICKET! In spite of me accomplishing 120 mph in that thing, racing a motorcycle and losing (with dignity), and tricking some guy that lives down the street from me who owns a GT500 one night, into thinking I was gonna race...and didn't. Wow, did he look crazy just buzzing off down the highway. ^_^

And I've still gotta change that newspaper under the bed.

I really like Dexter, the new season seem to me to be the best of the other good series, but also Heroes de 3rd season is good with good surprises. But I would prefer Dexter.

Astroids/Astroids Deluxe (no one has Platinum acheviement), Battlezone (no one has General achievement), Warlords (no one has Earl achievement, its glitched), Smash T.V. (no one has the last achievement on there [50g], its glitched). I will not count those because until someone gets the final achievement on them then they are deemed impossible.

Heres my list: and in order of most difficult 1st: #1 Rush n' Attack, #2 Joust, #3 Space Girrafe, #4 Robotron 2084, #5 Tron, #6 Super Contra, #7 Discs of Tron, #8 Geometry Wars, #9 Tempest, #10 Xevious.

That is my list, I have completed some fo the ones on this list: #7 + #10 but I do consider them to be among the top 10 toughest. Also I have not even one of the ones on this list: #4 but due to reputation I must add it.

So whats your list and do you agree with mine?
