If you ever wanted to make your own RPG, from NES to SNES style gaming this little package can let your imagination run free. A simple interface, character creator and with a little basic understanding of scripting (just complete a few easy tutorials to follow off the web http://www.rpgmakervxace.net/topic/1939-tutorial-master-list/) and you could make the story you always wanted. I found myself playing with this program and losing myself for hours while I was making my first town and first dungeon come to life. There's something satisfying and rewarding when you send a quick little demo game out to your friends and having them play through your story. The program comes with its own pre-made battle engine (early Dragon Warrior style) but can be adjusted to play within the limits of your own imagination. Want to mimic final fantasy, phantasy star or make your own battle engine? All possible with this package. I recommend it to anyone who would like to stretch their creative roots and try their hand at game creation.
