A great enhancement to the easiest game creation tool I've used.
Tilesets are much less cumbersome and actually make sense. The town creation tool is awesome. nothing like picking a theme from prebuilt templates for those who struggle with creatively using tilesets. The sprite and portrait generator is too frigging awesome. I got tired of using the same dang sprites for different people, there is literally billions of combinations you can choose from and it automatically creates what you need to use the character in game. No messing with photoshop needed.
Another great improvement is that your party members will actually trail the lead character and all characters whether they actively were used in battle or lounged around at home get experience.
The side battle system is still not supported unless you mess with the scripts but it doesn't matter because you could alter scripts if you got the know how.
All and all it just as easy to use RPG MAKER VX ACE but it is soooooo much more powerful.
