How do you cheat in this game?

I mean like opening the command prompt and cheating, like unlocking all coasters or adding money or guest or whatever?

I don't know if you are reffering to a certain version of Sim City when you mention "command prompt." Like the other person mentioned, there are no cheats in the game, but there is one thing you can do to get more money. Put a bunch of square tiles (found under the scenery tab) in a 3x3 or 4x4 spot (depending on which rides you have) and press the shift key to build them on top of one another, then build a ride where you built the blocks and the blocks will be removed and you'll get a few thousand dollars added to your funds. The best ride to do this with is the enterprise, build your blocks 4X4 and 20 high and you'll get about $24,000 IIRC.

Unlocking all coasters in one scenario is impossible due to hard limits in the executable, but you can do a lot of things by using a trainer. The most popular one is 8 Cars Per Trainer. Google can tell you where to find it.
