Just a complete mess.
This game is just much to short and hard and the training stages are just too boring. For 60 seconds, you're just tapping the 2 button as fast as you can while hitting the punching bag. It's supposed to make you stronger, but it just makes your thumbs sore! After that, you move on to your first fight.
The next and probably worst problem in the entire game is the control. All you do is tap the 1 and 2 buttons. The control pad does nothing. Rocky just moves back and forth all by himself and you can't stop him. The manual is just a joke. It tells you what moves to do using the control pad, but like I said, the control pad doesn't work!
There's only 3 opponents. Apollo Creed, Clubber Lang and Ivan Drago. Defeating Apollo is pretty easy, but Clubber Lang and Ivan Drago are just out of this world! It's basically not even worth playing. The fights are just repetitive. You're beating each other, they hit the ropes, fall down, start humping the floor and then get back up. Then it does it all over again. Nothing special. I'd rather drown in elephant feces than play this game.
