Ah yes, the great Rock Band is now on the iPhone/iPod Touch's everywhere. You can play all your pre selected songs on the go. But is it worth the 5 bucks? Here's my review. The game is just like any Music driven game, you simply start from the bottom and work you way up. The offers only 5 levels (which is so incredibly easy), and each level offers three songs to play and based on your score. You get an extra Song which is simply titled "Mystery Song" and after you play it you know the song (pretty basic right?). The Gameplay is pretty fun although the Vocals part is to, I wouldn't say glitchy but it's a REAL pain to even get a good score with it (well I can't but who knows you may ROCK at it.) Other than that the Vocals is the only one that stands out from the rest which are Guitar, Bass, and Drums and they use the same principal. Match whatever bar comes across the bottom of the screen with the correct Pick or Drum Head. Simple as it may be, for those that can't enjoy the drums on the Main systems. The Drums on this game are really fun, and also a little different than the rest. One thing however that is a problem is when you earn your "Star" Power you have to shake your device or somehow don't do anything at all… I know WTH! Don't ask me but it only occurs after awhile when you build it fully. The sounds for all the songs are surprisingly very good, no glittery sounds or distortion playing through. Though the song selection after awhile but luckily they do offer some Song Packs which are about 1 a pop. Or there are even some free ones, which I would recommend getting. But unfortunately most people don't have Wi-Fi at there household (well me, but soon will though) so just the game itself is fun but gets VERY boring. Overall this game deserves a 8/10 and for anyone contemplating about if you should get this game for 5 dollars. If you can, do so, if not then wait till around the Holidays or just keep your Eye on it. It will go down, just got to find the right time.
