I was so excited when I heard about Rock Band 3. When I pre-ordered this at my local Game Stop, I had such high expectations. When I picked it up and popped it in my Xbox I was blown away. Rock Band 3 had visuals that weren't in the previous installments that just blew me away. The fact that a ton of the songs from the other installments are back thrilled me again. The new songs were terrific. I was so enthusiastic about the inclusion of songs such as "Crazy Train". It also makes me want yell out "In the words of the late Ronnie Van Zandt. What song is it you want to hear?" just before playing Free Bird. Also the Pro Guitar, Pro Bass, and Pro Drums makes the songs a whole lot funner by having to play the precise string and note at the same time. All in all, Rock Band 3 is hands down the best installment the series. But still, keep the scary looking Lady Gaga out of the soundtrack.
