If you think back to what Cinemaware games represented in the 80's, it was probably all about movie style presentation. Some of them featured great gameplay as well, like Wings, Rocket Ranger and It Came From The Desert. The problem is we are now in 2003 and EVERY game has movie style presentation and they all do it better than Cinemaware games of the 80's, although you still have to love the music from those old Cinemaware games. So the problem in creating a Defender Of The Crown with today's technology is that nobody is going to be wowed with Cinema style presentation, there better be some damn good gameplay to back it up. Why, out of all the games they could have chosen, why did they go with Defender of the Crown? I would like a Wings remake, or It Came 3 personally. Wings Of Honour from another company looks like they are trying to create a Wings type experience, but I don't think they pulled it off. Well even if Cinemaware did remake Defender of the Crown it's still, well, Defender of the Crown - and that is the problem.
