Only true RPG fans enjoy short diverse titles like "Riviera: The Promised Land".

User Rating: 8.5 | Riviera: Yakusoku no Chi Riviera GBA
This solid title doesn't supply many hours of gameplay, but the fews hours of gameplay in it are worth it.

___Story___

Ein is a grim angel that must save the world, but in order to
complete his daring task,he must destroy a place called Riviera in the process. As Ein attempts to save the world a break in the plot occurs,Ein is sentenced to live on Earth by a godess.Ein loses his memory on Earth but slowly recovers it.Now Ein must now save Riviera, despite his previous mission.

___Gameplay___

The few hours of gameplay Riviera offers is worth while. It has a unique combat system that consists of several different obtainable items.

Despite the great combat system the freedom is sour. All you really do is choose which direction to go.

___Graphics___

The graphics are some of the best graphics I have seen on the GBA.I think there is really no point in describing them when you can just look at the screens,so look at them.

___Sound___

A big step for average GBA games is actual voices in the game and Riviera includes that. Not only is there actual voices but the quality of the sound is great.

___Overall___

Overall this game includes decent gameplay, great graphics and great sound.
