Factions are discussed in the second episode of the Making of series for Risen 2: Dark Waters.
Yep -- I loved the first Risen. I bought a used copy on a whim, and ended up playing it all the way through TWICE. Combat just "works" in their system, as does archery and magic (unlike the mashing of Two Worlds 1&2). It was also a bit simpler than some other open-world games in terms of scope, yet the actual gameplay itself was challenging and deep. Thus I'm pre-ordering Risen 2 as soon as it's available.
looking forward to this the, first one is a classic, and from the looks of this it,s looking like it,s going down the same line.
i like the way gnomes like in this, so unique. A completly different take then others, alot like how Dwarves in Valhalla Knights looked like very tall native americans (with no beards)
Looks like a very different type of game. Whether that is good or bad, I'll have to wait until I see much more gameplay.
They can't just end on a cliffhanger about how their mouths open and close like that! WE NEED THAT NEXT EPISODE NOW!
