I'm having so much fun with it! I've played for around 6 hours. I wasn't sure if I should get it 'cause everyone was saying how bad the port on PS3 was but I have to say, while it has some frame-rate/pop-in issues: I love the graphics and atmosphere. I remember wanting to get Armada of the Damned but I couldn't think of a cooler replacement for it. To anyone who loves Pirates and really paying attention in games, you really need to pick this up. I think playing in this world is so rewarding. Truly a great purchase. BTW, I think this is way better than KoA, Dragons Dogma etc. It rivals Skyrim IMO

for the people that play this, for like over 20 hours, usually fall in love with it. its not a big budget title, and im sure some parts can be hard.
BUT most feedback here is postive. The critics were not thrilled with it, and its gets a little amount of attention. but It has some good parts, from what I gather.
Thank you for sharing. Lower budget games need as must postive press and love as they can get.

It requires patience but the awesome environments and superb dialogue kept me going through the combat which btw isn't bad just takes getting used to.

I like it alot. I'm 10 hours in and i still feel like i have WAY too much to do especially since some people have logged in 40+ hours.

This game is great, its too bad critics are so hard on it. Making games is a hard job to do.
Just look at Nier, its a great game but not many bought it.

so how hard is it? do you die alot?
I hear its pretty brutal in the beginning, when yo dont have good stuff, and your not that tough. is that correct?
do you use a walkthrough. I reviews the walkthroughs and they seem pretty long. Must be a lot of stuff to do in this game.
I am looking forward to it, but I want more of a price drop then what its at today.
