The game is great and great graphics, for the iPod that is. I did find the tilt steering to be awkward though was doubly appeased when I saw that Namco threw in other modes of control. You can turn the screen into the controller with Up/Down/Left/Right arrows as well as Gas/Brake buttons. Since the screen feels the same all over, it can be easy to miss the buttons. The result...you want to turn and press down but miss. Hence and therefore the car does not turn. Drifting is as it has always been. Nitro brings back the feel from RR 6 & 7.
Seeing as how you can (pay) download new tracks and cars, Namco can continue to add new tracks and cars on into the future.
I really can not think of any cons for the game. As in many racing games Namco makes, this game is quite perfect. I do wish, however, that Namco could have more than just three laps per race. Many an option to set your own number of laps and make an endurance race out of it.
