First I do like the game, the Environments are rich, the texture is great, weapons are great, glad the weapon wheel is back.
Some spots drug too far (the cavern mainly) its nice to see different surroundings but seeing the same cave walls over and over and all the grimms was alittle excessive. They went crazy with the flash light in this game, in part 2 when the flash light was on it was tense, scary, and the idea of "what the hell is going to pop out" but in 3 it was just annoying, everywhere you go you need a flash light... its too much and it doesnt bring the scare factor..
the story is somewhat dull, but thats when you compare it to 1 and 2... by itself its pretty good, him thinking of his kid, wondering if he will see him again, Malikov dying, i mean its a good story but 2 was better in this area...
all together its a good game by itself... I still prefer part 2 though.
