Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles was a better game than Umbrella Chronicles. The game is full of RE lore and you basicaly get somewhat condensed and updtaed full games of RE2 and Code Veronica, plus the new Javier adventure. Out of all of these I thing the RE2 redo was the best. You get to play as several different characters. You have a basic weapons set that you acquire as you go along and you can upgrade these guns with the gold you find along the way. Some folks have complained about the shakey camera but I had no real problem with it.I only found 1 boss to be truly annoying, but after enough tries I finally got him (final boss in RE2). The graphics aren't all that great especially if you start the game after playing a 360 game, but as you play you forget the graphics issues and it's ok. Cut scene graphics are good. Sound is ok. Voice acting is classic RE cheesiness..would we have it any other way?? Oh yeah..theres even weird singing chicks..another RE staple. Overall a pretty enjoyable gaming experience.
