Outdated Graphics huh? It doesnt bother me much. I just focus in gameplay and it doesnt disspapoint me as RE6. It's fun and i enjoyed it.
Maybe it's not scary, the AI is stupid sometimes and some gun sounds are ridiculous but the good, flexible gameplay and plot will keep you moving.
After finishing the game, Capcom will give you some extra features that can make you spend much more time and i really like the new Raid Mode. Even more than the old-original Mercenaries Mode.
If you dare, why don't you try the infernal for campaign. That's a real challenge even you have finished the game once. It's quite satisfying in some ways.
I just say that don't let the reviewers judges the games for you ( including me ), just play it and enjoy it in your way. This game isn't that bad.
I rated it as 7.5 for sure. Not too much but quite satisfying.
