I can honestly see them handling it as an unlockable after you beat the story that would work in a similar to RE6's Ada co-op campaign.

I honestly don't know how they'd integrate it, i am sure there are some sequences where there is only one player present too and for some story reasons other characters stay behind and such. So i doubt it but kinda wish they would for online.

co-op will be in raid mode only, but in solo campaign no it will never be co-op.
i am happy with that, i want to be scared alone, i don't want anyone to help me.

Considering that the whole game you have a "partner", campaign co-op is plausible. I'd want co-op that allows you to play at the same time yet does not require you to be with each other at the same time. Something like the first RE - Chris has his own story, Jill has her own story. Both events happened during the same period even though they're not together.

It would still be survival horror if it were co-op...
On a different note, I hope that Raid mode will have local co-op.

you know you can play all by yourself if you wanna play alone even tho the game supports co-op. no ones gonna force you to play together.

Not only that but even if story is solo you always have someone with you....so yeah.

At first I loved co-op when I played RE5 and than RE6 but than I realized that it's only fun if you're playing with a friend. Whenever I join a game 95% of the people play with less personality than the AI and that's when I realized that all my RE friends are people I met while playing the extra modes and not the campaign.
So they can lose the campaign coop. playing Revelations reminded me that yoo're more tense fighting alone without help whereas playing RE6 campaign was fun but not scary at all because I knew my buddy was going to save me if I ever got into trouble,

No campaign co-op means a loss in sales. I know several people who will skip the game due to this. Bad move by Capcom imo.
I will still get the game, but I like playing campaign modes online more than alone.
