well...my suggestion to capcom is to insert a lone solider kind of mode...so only a single player can complete a story without coop assisting for old school RE fans like me...but i think its a suggestion capcom would consider in its next franchise...they cant change the story line at this point...
(In a straight face) "What's the matter? Not a fan of sewers?" LOL. That's about the only "classic" RE moment in there. Random, badly written one-liners.
Also, guy at 6:42 says, "Trains in RE6 are deadly." As far as I know, so are the ones in real life.
I'm still thinking this will be the biggest gaming disappointment of 2012. It looks unpolished, and melee attacks look overpowered. Looks like some of RE:ORC's problems carried over. The hit detection was horrible in that game, but it looks fixed in this. Still... I think this could be a 7.5 or lower.
expect an unpolished game and you wont be dissapointed, expect a masterpiece and you will be dissapointed
Its like everytime i watch a re6 video i see people calling it CoD(its not an fps its 3rd person) or gears of war or saying its not horror anymore the 1st resident evil trailer came out months ago and people are still saying this shit stop fucking bitching the game looks fun aren't all games supposed to be fun?! It looks like a game ill play more than once or twice unlike the older resident evils dont get me wrong i like the older ones but everyone has to admit they get boring fast and they weren't really scary "OH MY GOD A ZOMBIE WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CAMERA!!!"...HOW WAS THAT FUCKING SCARY?!

sadly, this looks rubbish. There needs to be another Fatal Frame/Project Zero game, or a sequel to Cold Fear to show Capcom how a horror game really should be. I really don't know what happened to them. Look at Haunting Ground, that was fantastic and innovative. Now we have this...
My mate played the demo and said it's so far away from feeling like a Resident Evil game, that if you're a hardcore fan of the series, you might as well not bother.
I'll end up buying it, but after RE5 and now this, I think the franchise is at an official close for ever being the "horror" game it ever started off being.
A damn shame.
After playing the demo many times I'm almost "unsold" on RE6. I'm a huge fan of the series but there's just so much wrong in the demo: lame dialog, sloppy controls and enemies that turn to sparks before they hit the ground. Hopefully they will tighten things up but I'm worried, very worried.
My problem in this game are the QTE, HUD and other stuff on the screen, like it's annoying when the button indicator pops up. Like the game tells you every time what to do like "Press this button" or "go this way" which takes out the immersive experience of the game.
Partner system = No horror, just action.

@ABEzilla116 Lol implying there are other reasons to complain? I had to give up on seeing classics like the old Final Fantasies and Resident Evils... COD and World of Warcraft is selling the most, so we're seeing a bunch of "western influenced" (aka Action/Casual) games coming out of Japan. It's unfortunate because there are still a ton of people in the west who would love older style focused gameplay.
I wonder what DLC (Disk Locked Content) Capcom has planned for this game.
Alternate costumes? Extra chapters/characters?
And I LOVED the attache case in RE4, I really miss that. Did anyone else really like the case? Maybe it's cause I'm insane and love to neatly rearrange everything haha
thank god! looks like the previous games in RE, with the experience of fear and mystery! that's what the players want to experience when they buy a RE game, not like RE5 with mindless action, playing that game was like watching transporter 8 or something like that!
Well, hopefully RE6 would not turn out to be as bad as RE5; I mean RE5 lost the magic of puzzles, it was only filled with action unlike RE4 which is the best for me.
I like how the bullets leave wounds, always thought it was weird in games where you shoot an enemy and they bleed out of an invisible wound(looking at you Modern borfare!)
Why do I have the feeling that after seeing so many RE6 demos the only thing left not seen are the cutscenes?

Looks cool, but what's the point of the new "slide and shoot"-mechanic? Seems easier to just stand and shoot... And to all of you complaining that it's too dark: it's supposed to be a horror game, horror games are dark! -.-' The only correct way of playing horror games is to adjust the brightness to the minimum and crank up the volume...
@MJV1989 the slide and shoot is like a dodge of an attack and than allowing you to shoot back.but in a lot o fthe demos i saw there were just doing it willy nilly.it makes me wonder if the player playing the demo know what the move is really used for lol.i agree with you about the dark thing.but if it`s to dark it`s unplayable.the trivk is to make it dark to make it scary.but not to dark you can`t play.the is game is also suppose to fun to.
I think the guy who gets killed in the begining right after leon says "Where are you SOB?" speaks Serbian "Ne, ne, pusti me!"="No, no, let me go!".... hm, interesting :)
im not watching, spoilers I will get that game anyway! Resident Evil is epic even if its not scary like RE2 was.. but you have to admit limited camera angle/view they used back in the day wouldnt sell today! everything is 3rd person this days they just have to find a way how to do it again! you could script the game to have scary moments when you approch location x, but this was replayability would be very low! work on it CAPCOM!!!
