why do you get some six flags stuff when you buy it game stop

for leon is "discovering different places"   mmm how can I discover a place if the game is so linear. that's interesting

I guess the devs no longer knows what to do with this franchise. Otherwise, why would you need 4 separate campaigns?

I speculate more potential for separate dlcs.

Loved the demo, 4 campaigns apparently.. And a disc for multiplayer, yes please.

I definitely think Resident Evil 6 is going to be fit enough and Dragon's Dogma looks rather fun. All of them convinced me it will work out just fine. I must admit I haven't been freaked out for some time when playing as Jake. Chris' campaign was even better for me than Leon's campaign in the demo. Nice work Capcom

@J-007 Unless you mean to say it is all going to be alright, in that you like the action horror direction more, then I understand. As a fan of the older RE games, I am really not liking how the franchise continues to move further away from its roots.

Even with a more action-oriented focus, that doesn't excuse there not being any puzzles or survival elements. Heck, Capcom could've taken the franchise to a whole new level with an open world, survival horror approach, much like Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes is hoping to combine stealth with an open world experience. That alone could have still had a lot of potential for many gamers to flock over and purchase the game, but Capcom instead took the really easy, COD-like/GOW-like shooter route.

@Mawy_Golomb I'd honestly rather get it than COD for sure and it has potential and has a great history. I still play the classic Resident Evil games from PS1 to relive the memories and Leon's campaign wasn't bad. I'm in no fuss about the way it is going because it feels somewhat tense enough and I can't quite doubt it because Resident Evil 5 just made me go with the flow because it is indeed fun and well made. Only problem I see is for Capcom to supply us fairly for the love of  the game and not having to overspend on quantity

@TopGunnas The many long-time RE fans who've been here since the beginning (like me) will most likely not be too happy with this game, much like how RE5 turned out. There's just little-to-no proof that Capcom will revitalize what made RE4 or the older RE games so great with RE6. It looks to be another disappointment waiting to happen. Even a good handleful of game websites stated how displeased they were with the RE6 demo that came with DD.

@TopGunnas It would be wise of you to do research before leaving ignorant comments.

@buccomatic Dragons Dogma uses old manga Berserk style. Nothing western abouti it. It even remade some places and armors from it.

 @buccomatic

Dude, Dragons dogma is a mixture of JRPG and open world concept. It still had a strong sense of JRPGs (traditional JRPGs of 90's), not that anime RPG called Final Fantasy that ppl commonly refereed to as JRPG.

it was the boss combat itself  is the selling point.

@Zeeksie  @buccomatic its fundamental are still JRPGs, but they borrowed a lot of great ideas from other western counterparts. some example of good old JRPGs are like "Tactics Orge" whatever they called it.

@buccomatic  A game' setting does not define its genre.

Although I have to admit, DD does borrow a lot from Western RPGs.

instead of making so many sides to a story, in one game.  i would think doing it like they did raccoon city (resi 1 being jill/chris/wesker, and resi2 being clair/leon/ada) is a much better strategy.  that and looking at the gameplay it's.... not looking too good.  I'm hoping the demo fixes the bizarre actions.

Fembot_Eulogy

@Callista08 Didn't they nuke Raccoon City? I think the point of that was that there was nothing left there afterwards. Just saying..

never liked when you give zombies guns. and the more i see this game the more it looks like RE5. also Leon looks like the king slayer from game of thrones

I like how Chris and Leon are in the same game. I want a game where it's everyone beloved RE character that's still alive in a main RE game. Claire, Leon, Jill, Chris, and you name it. All the characters that are still alive should be in it. It would be amazing. You know, the way MGS4 went about it.

Damn I'm hyped up for RE6. I like how he described how each duo will experience their own kind of fear. Cool concept.

@Griever4 I hope it's going to come together well. Four stories in one can go so right or so wrong.
