After last Tuesday watching the review that had been posted, I was shocked to see how low this game scored. I had originally played the demo the week before and it seemed like this game was going to do well. Then half the people freaked and others just flat out agreed, but I on the other hand decided I would still rent the game and least give it a shot because I did find the demo to be fun. Some key issues what was wrong with the game are over emphasized to believe that these issues were catastrophic. For instance dying untimely for no reason wasn't as big as of deal as I anticipated it to be. I died maybe twice through finishing two story lines. The boss fights weren't exciting and leave little thought, but nonetheless they looked awesome. The game mechanics aren't perfect, but they could be a lot worse I'll tell ya that. Overall this game did not live up to the potential the commercials and the demos had given me, but this 4.5 seems to be to picky, and this is coming from a guy who use to be pretty hardcore(not so much no more) The story is interesting, but lacks caring for the characters too much. There are some annoying sequences in the game, but aren't terribly long. I did enjoy the game for what it is, but I would just wait for price drop or rent it.
