Hanging ropes. adas campaign,(spoilers)

Can someone help me who has done the hanging ropes bit with ada.

I shoot the locks on the hanging person, they drop, then another one comes down, I am trying to get a key out of the middle trap door.

This is probably the hardest puzzle I have ever come across, have played all the silent hills and resis etc lol.

Actually I have just figured it lol after an hour.
