Only a few weeks after Lost in Nightmare came out,Reisdent Evil 5 newest DLC,Desperate escape, shows what happen after Chris Redfield save Jill Valentine from the evil clutches of Albert Wesker.

The game began after Chris and Sheva run into the ship Wesker was hiding. Jill is discovered by Josh Stone and the game begins.

Desperate Escape plays much differently from Lost in Nightmares. It's much more focus on action. Instead of being in cramp hallways, struggling to survive, you are fighting a large amount of enemies.

There is plenty of monsters to kill. The game does a nice job keeping you on your toes. There's also some mini bosses which you will fight as you play the game.

Like in Lost in Nightmares, you can't choose what weapons you will find. Weapons spawn differently. This can make it a bit difficult to survive the tougher monsters.

Desperate Escape is very short. Veterans should be able to beat it in under an hour. However the last section of the DLC it great. It plays like the Cabin scene in Resident Evil 4.

The DLC cost about four dollers or 400 microsoft points. You can get the newest costume pack for 160 microsoft points.

The game does what Resident Evil 5 does great. The game keep you on your toes with action but don't play Desperate Escape thinking it'll be as scary as Lost in Nightmares. Desperate Escape is pure action.
