If Resident Evil 4 does not captivate you with its gory premise and graphics, its spin chilling story and thrill factor.

A couple of years ago zombie slaying seemed overated and over done, but everybody has to try the series that inspired it so I did. Resident Evil 4 stood out and looked fun. I have two slight problems with the game it does have a difficulty to it that it is annoying and like the past Resident Evil's its Inventory and healing Items do little justice for the game.

The Story is quite capitvating, you play as Leon Kennedy who has been recruited by the president to protect his daughter after training to do so the presidents daughter gets kidnapped and its up to you to rescue her. The mission takes you to a far village in the middle of europe where you must fight your way through a village of brain-washed psycho's, who follow a cult. The story progresses and the odds are against Leon.

Resident Evil 4 has its share of chill factors, I often find myself freaking out when I'm killing one enemy, only to discover there is one right next to me planning to kill me. I also love the fact at how it pits you againsts odds and you have to use the enviorment to your advantage, such as blowing up a cart of explosives to kill enemies, or take on a hoad of creatures inside a small shed. The freaky people chasing you for chainsaws add a nice scare factor to the game, at one point it even pits you up against two with chainsaws. If you have not played Resident Evil your looking at a great game all around no matter the system your looking to play it on. 9.0/10
