I've owned RE4 since it launched. Even after beating it countless times and unlocking all the secrets, i still play it over and over again. The games is just very fun and addicting, and gratifying.

When the game was released the graphics were top notch, and even now they're superb for a non next gen game. The graphical style gives the game the erie feel the developers were aiming for.

The gameplay is very easy to get into, and after about an hour you'll feel like your a pro at it. The variety in guns makes the game really enjoyable. I would suggest this for pretty much anyone to try, you'll most likely find something you like about it. Fans of the series wont be dissappointed, the game houses a new camera style that works VERY well.
