With The Bottlecaps?

I Played This A LONG Time Ago On The PS2 & I Don't Really Remember But Uh, With The Shooting Range, Do You Have To Use Every Weapon To Get A Diff Bottle Cap Or Is It Like, Whatever Weapon Just Get Over 3000 Points?

Nope, there are 2 preset weapon choices for the Shooting Gallery/Range (Sniping/Rapid-Fire), choose which set you're most comfortable with and 1st shoot all 25 for a rare prize and then get 3000 pts on the rest, do this for all the levels. (A, B, C, and D)
