No more trying to find where to go, just running and gunning.
Sound: the sounds are amazing while the music is just kinda… there. It doesn't stick out or anything but music and I like it.
Gameplay: unlike the first two games instead of wondering around around looking for keys or something you finally get to just run around and shoot zombies. So finally there's no stupid down time that lasts longer than your life. There's even decisions to be made that change the story, many times you'll be chased by nemesis (the main baddy, super zombie) and you'll usually have a choice to fight or run and depending on your choice the following gameplay and to an extent "the story" will change.
Graphics: the graphics are mostly standard but they're still awesome. Each character model has a high pixel count, the environments are detailed, and everything just looks pretty crisp, especially for the time.
Final thoughts: more action based than the other games and for me much more enjoyable.
Hints:
1: don't waste ammo because if you use several boxes of ammo on just a few zombies than you will have to ration it out (reminiscent of the original titles, which I don't particularly care for).
