Lets get one thing straight, Resident Evil 3 has one of the strongest boss characters to ever dominate the screen in the nemesis. The nemesis is a constant threat lurking in the shadows of every place you go, he can jump out at anytime and would easily crush you without giving it a second thought, we may never come across such a great boss as this guy again. The music on the other hand is... well, lazier. I mean It seriously does try to be scary and creepy sometimes, but compared to its predecessors, it's got nothing on them in the creepy department. It tries sometimes to be some kind of noveau solder's drama what with an injured Lieutenant trying to avenge his dead comrades and a despondent private starting to lose his edge. The only moments where the game really sounds creepy is when Nemesis is about to show up and his theme song pops in slowly or when Jill has to solve a puzzle and Carlos is forced to explore a corpse-infested hospital.
the in-game of the mercenaries is great and gain money to buy new things
