based on the cult-classic movie of the same name, Reservoir Dogs is a action game with no real quality. you play the game as a number of characters from the film (mr. white, mr. blonde, mr. pink, mr. orange, mr. blue and nice guy eddie).

all the style of the film is lost and the character designs are big and chunky, mainly because michael madsen being the only actor to lend his voice and likeness to the game.

Reservoir Dogs does make a vague attempt to play to the mentality of a smart criminal by letting you take hostages, rather than simply blasting your way through every cop that gets in your way. As you move through a level, you can take any nearby, unarmed person hostage. this is a nice feature but soon get lame and doesnt make the game worth while.

the best part of the game is the soundtrack, the Super Sounds of the Seventies are back but you can really only listen to it on a driving mission and their are very few of them.
