Kid XMass, Help with PC iconssigns

I might be slow or something but... What the hell does the 2nd sign in the 'finishing move sequance' means?

After pressing 'Punch' I tried to rotate my mouse like crazy, click and rotate... I can't figure it out.

(This is why you think a little about UI and acknowladge that PC doesn't play the same as consoles... they keep making these mistakes often these days...)
