A lot of wild shooting. Boring!

This review is about the PC version of Reloaded, which shouldn't be that different from the Playstation version. Reloaded is a top-down action shooter set in the future, complete with weird characters and equally weird weapons. This is a promising set-up for a game, but can also end up really bad. This game unfortunately is one of the second category.

The goal of the game is that you stop CHEB from wreaking havoc and you do this by try following him through all kinds of places, ranging from deserts, military bases and city’s. Meanwhile you have to complete some goals to get through the levels. Only these goals aren’t always clear, in which case you just do some more of the one thing you do all the time; basically running around and shooting at everything that moves. In each level there are 2 or 3 different kind of enemies which you will encounter a lot of times. And this just gets boring pretty fast.

Another thing that hurts this game is the extremely pixely and un-detailed graphics, in some levels it’s hard to see the enemies because they have the same colour as the ground. Sometimes the graphics also make it hard to see where you can and can’t go. All in all a game that has very little to offer and will be put down very fast.
