An immersive WWII shooter that separates itself from modern day run and guns like Call of Duty and Battlefield
The cover mechanic is something that strongly defines the gameplay. Sprinting towards the next piece of cover, and quickly poking your head up to fire off a shot makes this feel like an authentic experience. Not to mention the well designed guns, which are all balanced and feel appropiate for cover-based warfare.
I have to admit though, the game still has occasional bugs, ending up with you getting stuck in terrain or aiming right at the wall in front of you, but these are sure to be fixed with updates. Also, the ending of a match doesn't feel spectacular. After 5-10 minutes of intense combat a more glorious victory/defeat screen would be appreciated.
Overall a fun game, a nice break from modern day shooters.
