Red Faction: Guerilla (RF:G) is a fantastic game. I have always dreamed of going to Mars dating back to seeing the movie Total Recall, and when the first RF came out I enjoyed it very much, and also played RF2 when it was released. Upon hearing that one of my favorite FPS was going not just third person but also open world I was excited to say the least. RF:G was beautifully crafted and expanded upon the way only Volition and their GeoMod tech can do. One of the best things in the game would have to be the mechs, they do massive damage and you can rip through and tear up anything you see on the map. I haven't played any of the multiplayer yet but I have heard it is very good and very enjoyable. I love open world games, and I love Mars, this game does a lot of things great, weapons being some of the most unique and functional in any sci-fi game I've played since Dead Space. Bottom line, play RF and RF2 but buy RF:G and add it to your collection if you haven't already.
