All that can be said about this game is meh...

Rockstar. What does that bring to your mind? The groundbreaking GTA? The amazingly done Max Payne? How about the game that made street racing cool (Midnight Club)? The answer is probably yes. The answer is not however, Red Dead Revolver. This game is just another game. It has average graphics, decent controls, fair storyline and introduces very little innovation. This is not a terrible game, but is not what you'd excpect from Rockstar. The game has you play as Red, who as a kid had his father gunned down and is set on revenge. Ummm helloooooooooooo BEEN THERE DONE THAT!!!! Not only are some parts of this game frusturating and artificially slow paced, but the attitude of the game is downright cheesy. There is very little value in this game which offers nothing new. Overall, there is nothing wrong with this game however. It is playable, is decently lengthed and you may have some fun playing through it, but after that... back to the bargin bin it goes.
