Il Buono: The sound design's quite realistic. Bullets echo in the distance as triggers crack out their deathly metal. The backdrops look gorgeous, although somewhat overlayered with faux sixties film stock quality. Also, for a game that celebrates the open range, the areas are downright claustrophobic...! Il Brutto: The gameplay is just downright boring! Handling's not the easiest in the world, but the levels are so repetative. "Shoot baddies, open characters and weapons" - fine for one or two levels, but the entire game? Il Cattivo: What is with Rockstars crappy character design? Apparently the cartoony nature nullifies the extreme violence, well, I'm sorry but it looks rubbish! Every game they produce has these awful blocky faced idiots, which resemble walking fenceposts. Worst still, in this game the movements and facial actions are atrocious - like a five-year-olds crayon scribblings...
First of all, I have to say that I'm a big fan of old westerns (not just spaghetti-westerns) and in my opinion, this game gives everything it can to create the feeling you're really in the wild west. So this might affect... Read Full Review
